Abstract

Belajar membaca Al-Qur'an sebenarnya tidak sulit, tidak membosankan, dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Hanya ada tiga tahapan penting yang harus dikuasai, yaitu menguasai huruf Hijaiyyah dan perubahannya, menguasai harakat (tanda baca), dan mempraktikkannya secara aktif. Penelitian akan dilakukan terhadap penerapan Metode Tsaqifa, sebuah metode alternatif untuk pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an bagi orang dewasa yang belum mampu membaca dengan 5 kali pertemuan. Metode ini dikembangkan oleh Ustadz Umar Taqwim, S.Ag. dan diterbitkan oleh Yayasan Islam Adz Dzikr, Pusat Pembelajaran Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an (PPBTA) Metode Tsqifa Magelang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca Al-Qur'an di Dukuh Wonorejo Desa Sepat Masaran Sragen melalui penerapan metode tsaqifa. Dari hasil penilaian rentang nilai pelatihan pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an dengan metode tsaqifa, dapat dilihat rentang penilaian yakni, rentang nilai 90-100 (lancar) terdapat 4 orang peserta, rentang nilai 80-90 (standar) terdapat 4 orang peserta, rentang nilai 70-80 (cukup) terdapat 18 orang peserta. Dari analisa tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa metode tsaqifa memberikan pengaruh yang tersebar dengan rentang usia yang sangat berbeda, dari anak-anak hingga orang tua. Meskipun terdapat variasi dalam kemampuan peserta dalam membaca Al-Qur'an, catatan komentar dari trainer menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta telah menunjukkan kemajuan dan perlu melakukan pengulangan lebih lanjut di rumah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an mereka. Dalam keseluruhan, metode tsaqifa dapat dianggap efektif dalam membantu peserta dalam memahami dan membaca Al-Qur'an, terlepas dari rentang usia dan tingkat kemampuan awal peserta. Peningkatan yang telah dicapai oleh peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan ini dapat dilihat dari catatan komentar trainer yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta telah menunjukkan kemajuan dalam kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a discourse on intelligence concepts IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), SQ (Spiritual Quotient), and PI (Prophetic Intelligence) and the role of each intelligence in forming a perfect and noble human being. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study and theoretical analysis. This approach involves searching for and analyzing relevant theoretical sources to gain an in-depth understanding of the research topic. The method of literature study and theoretical analysis is used to describe the concepts that appear in the literature and build a solid conceptual framework. This approach is important in developing quality research and providing a holistic understanding of the topic under study. The results of this study indicate that in the discourse on intelligence, the concepts of IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), SQ (Spiritual Quotient), and PI (Prophetic Intelligence) have differences and their respective roles. IQ is likened to "hardware" that affects a person's cognitive capacity, EQ as "software" that affects the quality of social relations, SQ as a moral core that directs values and goals for using intelligence, while PI (Prophetic Intelligence) focuses on understanding Uluhiyyah's monotheism and revelation taught by the Prophet Muhammad, in the form of awareness of death and preparation for facing it becomes an important element in PI. Within this whole intelligence discourse, this research demonstrates that the understanding and application of these concepts can have a positive impact on individuals, social relationships, and the meaningful and valued use of intelligence. Based on the research results, it was found that the importance of developing the concept of Prophetic Intelligence in Islamic religious education can help create good human beings or civilized human beings. The main goal of education is to produce humans who are fair to themselves and have the highest loyalty to the creator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of administrative management at MTs Negeri 4 Sragen, with a focus on human resources management, financial management, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure, as well as extracurricular programs. Document analysis is used to collect data from documents related to administrative management at MTs Negeri 4 Sragen. The research subjects are the headmaster, teachers, and administrative staff involved in the implementation process. The data sources used are documents related to administrative management, such as handbooks, financial reports, and school policies. Data collection techniques include document analysis and interviews. Descriptive analysis is employed to analyze the data. The results show that the implementation of administrative management at MTs Negeri 4 Sragen is carried out in a structured and systematic manner. The quality of human resources, government policies, and organizational culture influence the success of administrative management implementation. Training and socialization, facilities provision, and the use of information technology are efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation process. Monitoring and evaluation are conducted periodically to assess the success of administrative management implementation and identify improvements needed in the future. In conclusion, the implementation of administrative management at MTs Negeri 4 Sragen has been successfully carried out well-structured, with efforts to overcome challenges that arise during the implementation process.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of Sunan Kalijaga as a wali in spreading Islamic teachings in Java through a cultural approach that respects the cultural diversity of the local community. The method used in this research is qualitative with Sunan Kalijaga as the research subject. The data sources used in this research are historical books and religious texts related to Sunan Kalijaga. The data collection techniques used in this research are literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results show that Sunan Kalijaga played an important role in spreading Islamic teachings in Java through a cultural approach by utilizing art and culture, such as wayang, traditional Javanese dances, and songs in his preaching. He taught these dances and songs with Islamic content that was adapted to the Javanese cultural context. Sunan Kalijaga transformed wayang from merely entertainment into a means of preaching and teaching Islamic religion by teaching wayang characters as examples of virtues and role models in Islamic teachings. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that Sunan Kalijaga played an important role in spreading Islamic teachings in Java through a cultural approach that respects the cultural diversity of the local community. Through the use of art and culture, Sunan Kalijaga strengthened interfaith relationships and instilled the values of tolerance in Java at that time. Therefore, this research suggests that the values taught by Sunan Kalijaga, such as diversity, tolerance, and the use of art and culture as a means of preaching, must be preserved and strengthened as part of Indonesia's cultural heritage.
