Abstract

Avian infectious bronchitis is one of the diseases that can lead to losses in broiler farming. To investigate its impact, we conducted a recapitulation of plasma maintenance (RHPP) results data gathered from 5 clusters that tested positive for avian infectious bronchitis using PCR and ELISA tests. Subsequently, the RHPP data underwent quantitative analysis using paired sample t-test method. The results of this analysis revealed significant differences in the variables of performance index (PI), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and medicine costs within several clusters before and after being infected with avian infectious bronchitis. This study was important for the future to address zero hunger issues.

Abstract

Fluktuatif harga pasar yang ekstrim dibawah Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) serta meningkatnya harga biaya operasional telah mendorong setiap pengusaha (peternak dan perusahaan) berfikir untuk mencari celah guna tetap mempertahankan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel produksi dan harga pasar terhadap keuntungan peternak dan perusahaan pada sIstem kemitraan inti plasma ayam broiler di Cirebon. Sebanyak 90 Rekapitulasi Hasil Pemeliharaan Peternak (RHPP) diolah dengan teknik analisis yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) memakai software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel produksi terhadap keuntngan peternak dan perusahaan, terdapat pengaruh harga pasar terhadap keuntungan perusahaan serta terdapat pengaruh negatif keuntungan peternak terhadap keuntungan perusahaan.
