Abstract

ofessional teachers are educators who have a thorough understanding of their role and have an awareness of their duties. A deep understanding of the role of professional teachers will help create a learning environment that facilitates students’ creativity in exploring new ideas. The purpose of this study is to find out the professionalism of teachers in orienting the quality of education through a student’s future approach. In this research, a qualitative approach is used with the type of library research. This method involves collecting data by understanding and studying the theories contained in various literatures relevant to the research. Self-Development. As a professional teacher, teachers have an important role in shaping the school as an environment that encourages students’ self-development beyond the routine. Some things that teachers can implement include: 1. Building empathetic relationships, 2. Encouraging independence, 3. Providing constructive or constructive feedback, 4. Inspiring interest in learning, 5. Providing positive behaviors, 6. Integrating holistic learning, 7. Building parental and community involvement.

Abstract

Speaking Indonesian is very important for foreign content creators who are used as a magnet to attract Indonesian audiences. Speaking Indonesian is considered to be an understanding of Indonesian nationalism. Seeing this paradigm, quite a few people assume that this country has received appreciation because foreigners are considered to show their love for Indonesia through their willingness to speak Indonesian. We aim to identify competencies that influence viewing satisfaction and channel loyalty. The research method used is a literature study with a phenomenological approach. Search for, collect and understand information that strengthens each researcher's argumentation through secondary data sources. To respond to every video broadcast by a foreign content creator in an intelligent way, the public needs to have a critical and selective attitude. The public must develop the ability to sort the information they receive, distinguishing between content that is educational and informative and that which is simply entertainment without substance. This can be done by increasing media and information literacy, and always cross-checking the information provided.

Abstract

Mengembangkan Persaudaraan Multireligius Antar Umat Beragama merupakan upaya untuk memberikan solusi terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pluralisme antar umat beragama Tujuan penelitian ini dibuat untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para pembaca  mengenai pentingnya Mengembangkan Persaudaraan Multireligius Antar Umat Beragama. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Fokus Penelitian mengarah Pada apa saja tantangan yang terjadi dalam persaudaraan multireligius antar umat beragama dan apa saja solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut.
