Abstract

This study aims to describe language acquisition in children aged 3 years, the subject of this research is Evelyn Nasha Aprilia Putri, 3 years old, who is placed in Turtle Daycare. Specifically covering the phonological and morphological levels. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using natural observation techniques, free-lance viewing, listening and daily notes. The results of this study indicate that the language acquisition of children aged 3 years is at the level of phonology and morphology. From a phonological point of view, the subject has mastered most of the consonant phonemes. But there are also phonemes that cannot be pronounced perfectly, 3-year-old children mostly omit or replace phonemes that should be there. This can be said to be reasonable, because at the age of 3 years the child's articulation tools and language mastery do not yet have. From a morphological point of view, the subject has mastered the word forms he has obtained, and the more words he says, and the arrangement of sentences is regular and longer, he can use three or more words, monomorphemic words are clear, morphemes can be seen that differentiate the meaning of words, there are free morphemes, bound morpheme, and affixation

Abstract

This research discusses the probative strength of oral agreements in breach of contract disputes. Oral agreements, although not written, are legally recognized under the Indonesian Civil Code. This article uses a normative juridical approach to examine the legal position of oral contracts and their evidentiary strength in courts. The findings reveal that oral agreements can be valid but have weaker evidentiary value compared to written agreements, especially in disputes involving default. Courts rely on witness testimony and supporting evidence to assess credibility. The conclusion emphasizes the need for legal awareness regarding contract documentation to prevent disputes.

Abstract

Mathematics learning is continuously innovating in order to provide new nuances in teaching and learning mathematics activities. Ethnomathematics is one of the innovations in mathematics learning. Ethnomathematics combines mathematical concepts with regional culture. The purpose of this research was to identify the mathematical concept in the art of balo-balo in the culture of the mantu poci Tegal. This research was an explorative research that used interview, observation, documentation, and literature studies methods. The result of this research showed that there are some mathematical concepts in the balo-balo musical instrument which includes a rectangular shape on the saron, a circle on the gong, a tube on the drum. In the balo-balo dance there are the concepts of reflection, translation, rotation, and number sequences. This mathematical concept can be used as a reference for mathematics learning media.

Abstract

Demonstrasi merupakan salah satu wujud nyata pelaksanaan hak konstitusional untuk menyampaikan pendapat di muka umum sebagaimana dijamin oleh UUD 1945. Namun, dalam praktiknya, demonstrasi kerap bergeser dari ekspresi damai menjadi tindakan anarkis akibat adanya provokator yang mendorong massa melakukan penjarahan atau perusakan fasilitas umum. Kondisi ini menimbulkan dilema, yakni bagaimana menjaga keseimbangan antara perlindungan hak kebebasan berpendapat dengan kepentingan ketertiban umum. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pidana provokator dalam demonstrasi dengan meninjau konsep kebebasan berpendapat sebagai hak konstitusional, batas-batas hukumnya, serta mekanisme pemidanaan yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui kajian peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin, serta literatur hukum terkait, yang kemudian dipadukan dengan data sekunder berupa laporan kasus demonstrasi yang berkembang di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa provokator yang dengan sengaja mendorong terjadinya penjarahan atau perusakan dapat dijerat menggunakan ketentuan Pasal 160 KUHP, Pasal 55 KUHP, dan Pasal 28 ayat (2) UU ITE. Dengan demikian, perlindungan hak konstitusional tetap dapat terjamin, tanpa mengabaikan kepastian hukum terhadap pihak yang menyalahgunakan kebebasan tersebut.

Abstract

Salah satu wilayah penerima program kampung tematik diwilayah kota Semarang ialah kampung malon. Kampung malon memiliki potensi desa seperti Durian dan batik yang sudah terkenal dikota semarang. Tujuan diadakannya pelatihan pengolahan kerupuk pongge durian selain untuk mendukung pembuatan Agrowisata juga bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat supaya memiliki  kemandirian ekonomi dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Peserta Pengabdian Masyarakat Pokdarwis dikampung Malon. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini  membuahkan hasil yang signifikan, dimana masyarakat dapat membuat inovasi baru dari biji durian (pongge) menjadi kerupuk pongge.
