Abstract

Hypnoteaching is a new learning method in Arabic learning. Start from the development of hypnoteraphy in a variety of functions and uses such as health, psychological to the field of education which is then called hypnoteaching. This method is a learning method that uses positive suggestions to reach students' subconscious. The innovation of learning methods with hypnoteaching can make Arabic learning more enjoyable. This research is a literature study that seeks to find the literatures that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in learning Arabic. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today. Because this method maximizes students' subconscious, so learning can achieve maximum results with fun learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing the literal translation method on Maharah Qira’ah in Arabic language learning at STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq. Arabic is a very important subject to teach in madrasahs. In relation to the significance of the Arabic language, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia's grand plan states that the subjects of Islamic Education and Arabic Language in the content standards indicate that Arabic serves as the primary tool for understanding Islamic teachings. This research is a quantitative study of the pre-experimental type. The results of this study show that the application of the literal translation method has a positive and significant impact on Maharah Qira’ah among second-semester students of the Arabic Language Education program at STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq. By using this learning method, students' abilities in Arabic, particularly in Maharah Qira’ah, have improved.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Kiai's spiritual leadership in an effort to improve the character of students. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes Kiai's role as a role model, spiritual guide, and motivator in shaping the character of students who are religious, have noble character, and achieve. The research results show that Kiai's spiritual leadership characteristics always adhere to the Vision and Mission in making decisions, carry out organizational culture by forming integration through comprehensive care and attention, forming a religious personality. Meanwhile, the spiritual leadership strategy is to generate a feeling of gratitude, provide motivation and invite synergy in running the organization in Islamic boarding schools. So that this spiritual leadership is effective and can create a learning environment that is conducive to the character growth of students. Effective leadership does not only depend on intelligence or technical skills, but also on the moral qualities of the leader himself and it is easier to build strong and trusting relationships with subordinates, colleagues and the community he leads.
