Abstract

Sustainable business growth has become a primary focus for companies worldwide in facing global economic challenges and rapidly changing markets. The 82nd National Seminar of STIE Kasih Bangsa explored strategies to achieve sustainable business growth through competitive advantage. The webinar highlighted the importance of adapting to market changes, operational efficiency, innovation, networking, and teamwork in achieving competitive advantage. The discussion results indicate that companies need to invest in technology and innovation, understand market trends, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to maintain competitiveness in the global market. Additionally, the role of angel investors and wise investment strategies are also crucial factors in supporting business growth, especially for startups. This webinar provides valuable insights into the importance of flexible and adaptive strategies in achieving sustainable business growth.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate dynamics among interpersonal communication skills, parenting styles, AI integration, and school environment in influencing learning motivation. The research aims to discern how these factors interplay and impact students' motivation to learn. Employing a phenomenological research model, the study employs purposive sampling to select participants, consisting of students, parents, educators, and AI integration specialists. Data collected through interviews and observations are analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Preliminary findings reveal multifaceted relationships between these variables, highlighting the significant role of supportive interpersonal communication, authoritative parenting styles, effective AI integration, and conducive school environments in fostering intrinsic motivation among learners. This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the complex mechanisms underlying learning motivation in contemporary educational settings.

Abstract

The relentless advancement of disruptive technologies necessitates a reevaluation of strategic management approaches within organizations. This research presents a comprehensive framework tailored for the adoption and effective implementation of disruptive technologies. Through an extensive review of literature and case studies, the framework integrates key elements such as environmental scanning, organizational readiness assessment, technology assessment, strategic alignment, and change management strategies. It emphasizes the importance of proactive adaptation and agile response to technological disruptions to maintain competitiveness and sustain growth. The proposed framework offers guidance to executives, managers, and decision-makers in navigating the complexities of technological innovation while mitigating risks and leveraging opportunities. By embracing this framework, organizations can enhance their ability to harness disruptive technologies, driving transformative change, and achieving strategic objectives in today's dynamic business landscape.
