Abstract

This research investigates the interplay between job satisfaction, leadership, human capital, corporate governance, tax awareness, and firm performance. The study aims to understand the intricate relationships among these factors in organizational success. Employing a qualitative research design, this study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from participants representing various organizational levels. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to uncover patterns, themes, and relationships within the data. Results reveal nuanced insights into the influence of leadership styles, employee satisfaction, governance structures, and tax consciousness on firm performance. The findings underscore the significance of effective leadership, robust human capital management, sound corporate governance practices, and tax awareness in enhancing organizational outcomes. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted dynamics shaping organizational success in contemporary business environments.

Abstract

This investigation aims to explore the multifaceted impact of entrepreneurship education, AI integration, microfinance, and financial knowledge on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse pool of MSME owners and stakeholders. Through thematic analysis, the study examines the interplay between these factors and their implications for MSME growth and sustainability. Preliminary findings suggest that entrepreneurship education fosters innovative thinking, while AI integration enhances operational efficiency. Microfinance serves as a crucial resource for MSMEs' financial needs, complemented by adequate financial knowledge for effective management. The study sheds light on the intricate dynamics shaping the MSME landscape, offering insights for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to bolster MSME development strategies.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate dynamics among interpersonal communication skills, parenting styles, AI integration, and school environment in influencing learning motivation. The research aims to discern how these factors interplay and impact students' motivation to learn. Employing a phenomenological research model, the study employs purposive sampling to select participants, consisting of students, parents, educators, and AI integration specialists. Data collected through interviews and observations are analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Preliminary findings reveal multifaceted relationships between these variables, highlighting the significant role of supportive interpersonal communication, authoritative parenting styles, effective AI integration, and conducive school environments in fostering intrinsic motivation among learners. This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the complex mechanisms underlying learning motivation in contemporary educational settings.

This research aims to investigate the interplay between communication style, good corporate governance (CG), corporate social responsibility (CSR), tax compliance, ethical leadership, and public trust. Employing an exploratory approach, the study utilizes a conceptual framework that integrates these factors to understand their relationships within organizational contexts. Sampling will involve selecting key stakeholders from various industries renowned for their commitment to ethical practices. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes. The study anticipates uncovering insights into how effective communication, aligned with robust CG and ethical leadership, impacts CSR initiatives, tax compliance, and ultimately influences public trust in organizations.
