Abstract

In islam, there are preferences that said islam has discriminated between women and man, which is i tis gives a loss from woman. But in fact, there who don’t even know about the truth are judging how islam treating their woman. They gives a negative asume without knowing the reason and the advantages from the islam law. In fact, most of the muslim are fels comfortable and keep their activities like usual, without any worries and bridle from the law that have made.

Abstract

  Education is a forum in which business activities in growing will develop the basic potential of humans and groups, by gaining knowledge for good results and achievements, education creates a perspective which must be developed effectively. Administration in institutions or agencies has often been heard saying, administration is a factor that can be interpreted as very important in the conditions of the rules for every activity for the progress of an agency. Qualitative research is basically research based on literature study. This qualitative research by searching library studies collects journals, documents and theses related to the Personnel Administration of Educational Institutions which are based on the writing of this article, then linked to this research. This research describes the results of presentations from journals, books and other references, to find out the relationship between the Administration implementation process Personnel in the educational institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi, Kota Tebing Tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 3,740 dengan signifikansi 0,002, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik dengan nilai thitung 1,866 dan signifikansi 0,001, serta motivasi belajar juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai thitung 3,123 dan signifikansi 0,002. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI.
