Abstract

The study aims to explore practical and effective approaches to cultivating the spirit of creative leadership in students at Assalam Students High School in Sukoharjo. With a focus on the Islamic-based school context, this approach integrates religious principles with concepts of creative leadership. Through a combination of theory and practice, this article discusses concrete steps that can be implemented by teachers and school staff to build creative leadership skills in students. Using observation methods, interviews, and documentation analysis, this study highlights the success of certain strategies that have been implemented at PPMI Assalam Sukoharjo. Research results show that practical approaches involving project-based learning, teamwork, and empowering students in decision-making have successfully improved students' creative leadership skills. The practical implications of this study include recommendations for the development of curricula that support the growth of creative leadership, training for teachers in the application of innovative teaching methods, and collaborative efforts between schools, parents, and communities to create an environment that stimulates creativity and leadership in high school students. Thus, this article contributes to a practical understanding of how to cultivate the spirit of creative leadership in middle school students with an approach appropriate to the context of Islamic schools.

Abstract

Filsafat pendidikan Indonesia berakar pada nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Pancasila. Nilai Pancasila harus ditanamkan pada peserta didik melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional di semua level dan jenjang pendidikan. Profil Pelajar Pancasila merupakan visi Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan tahun 2020 – 2024 dalam mewujudkan Indonesia maju yang berdaulat, mandiri, dan berkepribadian melalui terciptanya Pelajar Pancasila yang beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, bernalar kritis, kreatif, mandiri, bergotong royong, dan berkebinekaan global. Kemampuan dalam membangun sikap mandiri, tidak bergantung pada orang lain dan tanggung jawab pada konsekuensi pilihan sendiri adalah aspek terpenting dalam filsafat eksistensialisme Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengembangan sikap mandiri profil pelajar pancasila dalam pandangan filsafat eksitensialisme Martin Heidegger. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research (penelitian pustaka) yang relevan dengan objek pembahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pemikiran filsafat eksistensialisme Martin Heidegger dapat dikembangkan dalam pendidikan karakter sebagaimana pengembangan sikap mandiri Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

This research is an experimental research motivated by the low learning achievement of students in entrepreneurship subjects in class XII SMK N 8 Surakarta. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the use of quizizz learning media on the learning achievement of grade XII students in entrepreneurship subjects of SMK N 8 Surakarta. The variables of this study consist of two, namely independent variables include quizizz learning media and dependent variables include student learning achievement. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with the type of experimental research using the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design, with pre-test, treatment, and post test stages. The population in this study was all 34 students of grade XII SK 3 SMK N 8 Surakarta. The sample of this study was class XII SK 3 SMK N 8 Surakarta as an experimental group with a total of 34 students. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by testing hypotheses using t-tests with independent sample t-test types. The results of this study show that learning achievement after the use of quizizz learning media can be categorized as high. The conclusion of this study is that quizizz learning media has an influence on the learning achievement of students in class XII entrepreneurship subjects of SMK N 8 Surakarta.
