Abstract

The practice of mu'amalah activities has renting (ijarah). So in this study about the rent of the Wisma Karnetta Putri boarding house located at Gg. Nuja 1, Way Dadi Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung. The main problem in this study is that there is an agreement that is not in accordance with the agreement at the beginning of the ijarah contract or rent, namely the action of the boarding house owner who coerces The tenant reimburses the damage to the facilities or items of the boarding house even though the damage is not to the tenant's fault. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the damages incurred by tenants at Wisma Karnetta Putri Sukarame Bandar Lampung and how is . The purpose of this study is to find out What are the damages incurred by tenants at Wisma Karnetta Putri Sukarame Bandar Lampung and to find out how the Analysis of Sharia Economic Law and Positive Law on Damage in Renting a Boarding House (Study at Wisma Karnetta Putri Sukarame Bandar Lampung). The method used by the researcher in the study is a qualitative method that includes which is borne by tenants at Wisma Karnetta Putri Sukarame Bandar Lampung and to find out how the Analysis of Sharia Economic Law and Positive Law on Damage in Renting a Boarding House (Study at Wisma Karnetta Putri Sukarame Bandar Lampung). The methods used by the researcher in the research are qualitative methods that are included in field research and data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the research on the practice of renting a boarding house on the damage to renting a boarding room borne by the tenant at Wisma Karnetta Putri Sukarame Bandar Lampung are in the form of damage to the well water pump machine, lights that go off caused by lightning, and damaged water faucets, and in the lease contract (ijarah}) there are boarding house rental activities that are detrimental to other parties, namely the tenant, Because the tenant of the boarding house must replace the damage to the boarding facility even if the damage This is not due to the tenant's fault.

Abstract

   Perkembangan teknologi sistem pembayaran seperti Mobile Banking QRIS membawa dampak yang signifikan dilingkungan akademik. Meskipun memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi, namun penggunaan tanpa terkendali juga dapat menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap perilaku yang konsumtif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Mobile Banking QRIS terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonom angkatan 2022. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2022 yang berjumlah 93 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik simpel random sampling dengan rumus slovin dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 76 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket dan wawancara. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus korelasi pearson product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel penggunaan mobile banking QRIS dengan variabel Perilaku Konsumtif sebesar 6,44% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan teknologi guna untuk mengenal sejauh mungkin terkait kemajuan teknologi dan kemampuan mengelola keuangan dengan baik. Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem resulting from a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, resulting in impaired growth in children or what is called a condition of failure to thrive in the womb until the baby is 2 years old. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is one of the indirect factors that causes a person's nutritional and health status, especially for toddlers. Efforts to prevent and reduce stunting rates can be done by implementing a healthy and clean lifestyle and also getting used to eating foods with balanced nutrition. The aim of holding community service with the Real Work Lecture program with the theme of nutrition education and stunting care is so that people are more aware of the dangers of stunting, understand balanced nutrition and can help reduce stunting rates in the future. The method used is to provide outreach on nutrition and clean and healthy lifestyles targeting pregnant women and mothers of toddlers. From the results of observations in Temiyang Village, there are still many people who do not know how to process waste properly and lack self-awareness of the environment as well as mothers' lack of knowledge about managing balanced nutrition, especially in the First 1000 Days of Life.
