Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bermitra dengan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Depok. Pada kegiatan pembelajaran dan praktek sangat sering mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan komponen tertentu yang jarang didapat atau dijual di pasaran. Hal ini tentunya dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan mesin 3D Printing, karena guru-guru dapat membuat sendiri komponen dengan menggunakan mesin ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan pada guru-guru mengenai mesin 3D printing. Pelaksanaan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilakukan secara daring/online dalam bentuk Webinar dengan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktek, angket awal digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh para peserta guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang teknologi 3D printing. Hasilnya 100% guru-guru belum mengetahui teknologi mesin 3D Printing. Setelah pelatihan didapatkan hasil angket akhir menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan memberikan pemahaman pengetahuannya mengenai teknologi 3D printing bertambah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari jawaban peserta dari dari segi kebermanfaatan 83,3% setuju dan 16,7 tidak setuju, dari tingkat kepahaman peserta menjawab  66,7% dan 33,3% tidak setuju.Kata Kunci: 3D Printing, guru, KomponenAbstract:  This Community Service (PKM) activity is in partnership with a State Vocational High School in Depok. In learning and practice activities, it is very often difficult to get certain components that are rarely obtained or sold in the market. Of course, this can be overcome by using a 3D Printing machine, because teachers can make their own components using this machine. The purpose of this service is to provide training to teachers regarding 3D printing machines. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out online in the form of a Webinar with discussions, questions and answers, and practice, the initial questionnaire was used to find out how far the teacher participants had knowledge of 3D printing technology. The result is that 100% of the teachers do not know about 3D Printing machine technology. After the training, the results of the final questionnaire showed that their success in providing an understanding of their knowledge about 3D printing technology increased. This can be seen from the participants' answers in terms of usefulness 83.3% agree and 16.7 disagree, from the level of understanding participants answered 66.7% and 33.3% disagreeKeywords: 3D Printing, teacher, Component

Abstract

Abstrak:Banyak masyarakat sekitar kampus Polimedia yang masih awam tentang berbagai teknik cetak apalagi para santri yang di pondoknya tidak memiliki fasilitas yang berkaitan dengan industri percetakan dan tentunya belum mengetahui mesin 3D printing. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bermitra dengan Pondok Pesantren Skill. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam mendesain dan membuat produk dengan memanfaatkan teknik cetak 3Dimensi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan workshop dan praktikum secara daring. Para peserta menyimak pemaparan dari para narasumber. Kemudian, peserta menyaksikan proses uji coba mulai dari desain sampai cetak. Setelah mendapat pengetahuan yang cukup, peserta diminta mendesain dengan aplikasi yang diberikan oleh narasumber. Hasil dari pelaksanaan ini mereka tertarik dan mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dalam bidang cetak 3D. Pelatihan ini bermanfaat bagi para peserta untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan para santri Pondok Pesantren Skill Jakarta tentang perkembangan teknologi khususnya mesin 3D Printing.Kata Kunci: Cetak 3Dimensi; Grafika; Mesin Shilouette.Abstract: Many people around the Polimedia campus are still unfamiliar with various printing techniques, especially the students who don't have facilities related to the printing industry and of course don't know about 3D printing machines. This Community Service (PkM) activity is in partnership with the Skills Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this service is to provide assistance in designing and making products by utilizing 3D printing techniques. The implementation of this activity is carried out through online workshops and practicums. The participants listened to the presentations of the speakers. Then, participants watched the trial process from design to print. After obtaining sufficient knowledge, participants were asked to design with the application provided by the resource person. As a result of this implementation they are interested and gain new knowledge in the field of 3D printing. This training is useful for participants to improve the skills and knowledge of the Jakarta Skill Boarding School students about technological developments, especially 3D Printing machines.Keywords: 3D Printing; Graphics; Shilouette Machine

AbstrakPenerapan standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001-2015 pada perusahaan dapat menjadi antisipasi dari tidak standarnya produk yang dihasilkan yang menjadikan perusahaan sulit bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis dan kurangnya kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang di hasilkan. standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001-2015 adalah unsur memegang peranan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas, produktifitas dan kesehatan tenaga kerja.  ISO 9001:2015 adalah keluarga dari sistem standar manajemen mutu yang dirancang untuk membantu organisasi dalam memastikan bahwa organisasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan stakeholdernya (Putra, 2021). Pelatihan mengenai sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001-2015 di PT X untuk menambah kemampuan bagi karyawan menciptakan sistem kerja terbaik dengan prinsip perbaikan berkesinambungan, meningkatkan image perusahaan, peningkatan sense of belonging, efisiensi dan mengurangi waste, dan meningkatkan tanggung jawab setiap karyawan di tempat kerja, dan menambah kemampuan dan pengetahuan bagi karyawan PT X dari yang sebelumnya hanya 33% yang memahami meningkat menjadi 100%, sehingga para karyawan mampu mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 dengan baik di perusahaan. Kata Kunci: ISO; Manajemen Mutu; Industri; Standar; K3; Peningkatan; Perusahaan; Produk  AbstractThe application of ISO 9001-2015 quality management standards to companies can be an anticipation of non-standard products which is difficult for companies to compete with similar companies and a lack of consumer confidence in the produced products. ISO 9001-2015 quality management standard is elements that play an important role in improving the quality, productivity, and health of the workforce. ISO 9001:2015 is a family of quality management standard systems designed to assist organizations in ensuring that organizations can meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders. Training on the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system at PT X add insight for employees to create the best work system with the principle of continuous improvement, improving corporate image, increasing sense of belonging, efficiency and reducing waste, and increasing the responsibility of each employee at work, and adding skills and knowledge to PT X employees from previously only 33% who understood increased to 100%, so that employees are able to properly implement the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System in the companyKeywords: ISO; Quality Management; Industry; Standard; K3; Enhancement; Company; Product

Abstract

Welding of two different materials has high difficulty. It will cause porosity and hot cracks. To improve this, a friction welding (FRW) process has been developed to weld materials in a molten state. In this process, the material will be clamped so as not to be thrown, one other material will be rotated and brought together with the other clamped material and the pressure that causes the two sides of the material to meet. The purpose of this study is to determine the strength of welded joints of various materials through tensile testing and microstructure testing in friction welding (FRW) welding. This study used 6061 aluminium and ASTM B187 copper for welding. The cylinder had a diameter of 16 millimetres and a length of 70 millimetres, and the spindle rotational speeds were 1200 rpm, 1400 rpm and 1800 rpm. Welding results were assessed by measuring the strength of weld joints between different types of materials. Test results on welding with different spindle rotational speeds showed that friction welding with 1800 rpm was stronger with a maximum tensile strength of 2762.8 N and a tensile strength of 13.7N/mm2 when compared to 1200 rpm and 1400 rpm. In testing the microstructure of different types of materials, it can be seen that the mixture of the two metals at a rotational speed of 1800 rpm is more melting, so that the unification of the joining of the two materials is better when compared to the rotational speed of 1200 rpm and 1400 rpm.

Abstract

Obstacles to damage that occur to the machine, not only cause problems with the machine but also affect the achievement of production targets, such as what happened to the Komori Lithrone G37 offset machine which experienced problems in the production process of book A in the 6000 print process 9 times machine problems occurred, book B in the 4000 print process 10 times machine problems occurred. Obstacles that occur such as weak wind pressure, sensor constraints. Preventive maintenance optimisation is the solution. The research method carried out is observation and on the machine and analysis. The results of this study, after preventive maintenance the production results are better and register and no more print problems occur on the machine
