Abstract

Sustainable green economic concepts are essential for food security initiatives. Utilising organic fertilisers allows for the long-term preservation of natural ecosystems in the Pinrang Regency and the economic prosperity of local farmers through the sale of agricultural products such as fisheries and plantations. By conducting in-depth interviews with participants, participating in direct observation, and reviewing pertinent materials, the researcher actively examines the study hypothesis in the framework of qualitative research. This qualitative study seeks to understand how organic fertiliser use affects agricultural production. Additionally, the study tries to determine whether this farming approach may improve farmers' quality of life. The study found that a green economy program that improves agricultural productivity could raise farmers' living standards. According to the study's findings, incorporating a green economy program into agricultural practices can enhance agricultural quality, farmers' green economy proficiency, and farmers' collective responsibility for the preservation of the environment.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a study of the opportunities and challenges of cooperatives in the industrial era 4.0 by strengthening the role of human resource management in facing changes in the market environment facing competition war 4.0 in the Indonesian economy in 2045 which causes changes in all aspects of digitalization that occur in cooperative organizations. The changes that occur also require business intelligence in evaluating high-tech advances in the exchange of knowledge related to design and innovation and information obtained from supplier and customer behavior which will be continuously communicated in industry 4.0. The research method in this study is a troubling method which examines cause and effect relationships in depth, listening to input from various parties and finding appropriate solution ideas through studying narratives expressed qualitatively. The results of this research found that cooperative development in Indonesia still needs to be improved to become stronger in planning and financing. This development will be the basis for the Indonesian economy to achieve the goal of an economy based on mutual cooperation in 1945.

Abstract

Transformasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) ke dalam konteks internasional menjadi langkah krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi bisnis dan perubahan besar akibat pandemi COVID-19. Manajemen SDM internasional, yang mencakup pengelolaan keragaman budaya, mobilitas tenaga kerja, dan adaptasi terhadap regulasi serta sistem ekonomi yang berbeda antar negara, memainkan peran vital dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan global. Dalam artikel ini, dibahas bagaimana perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan kualitas pengelolaan SDM dengan mengadopsi pendekatan internasional. Dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi dan perjanjian perdagangan internasional, perusahaan dapat memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendorong utama yang memungkinkan perusahaan berkembang secara global, seperti kapasitas produksi yang melebihi permintaan domestik, perbedaan sumber daya alam, serta pengaruh digitalisasi dan ilmu data. Selain itu, dibahas bagaimana SDM dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat dalam menghadapi perubahan besar seperti pandemi, dengan mengelola ketidakpastian dan keragaman dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang tersebar di berbagai negara. Pendekatan yang fleksibel dan berfokus pada keberagaman budaya serta pengembangan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan global yang terus berkembang.
