Abstract

The ASI dams often occur in postpartum mothers because breast milk that is not expressed frequently can develop into ASI dams, the breasts are very full with breast milk. The flow of milk becomes obstructed and will cause the breasts to swell, as a result the mother does not breastfeed her baby exclusively. The impact of the ASI dam is statistics on blood vessels will cause pressure intraductal which will affect various segments on the breast, so that the pressure is all over the breast increases, as a result the breasts often feel full, tension, and pain, even if not accompanied with fever. Looks like the breasts are wider making it difficult for babies to suck. The ASI Dam If not breastfed adequately, mastitis can occur. Efforts are needed to prevent breast milk dams. the other is breast care. The aim of this literature review is to analyze whether there is a relationship between breast care and breast milk retention. With the influence of breast care on breast milk dams. searching for this article using google scholar, pudmed, science director, then found 10 articles according to tehe criteria which were then reviewed. Based on 10 jurnal articles, it is generally stated that the Analysis of post partum mother with breast milk are coused by the influence of age, education, breast care From the seven articles obtained, we can prevent the occurrence of ASI dams with breast milk and can effectively overcome breastfeeding problems.   Abstrak Bendungan asi sering terjadi pada ibu nifas karena ASI yang tidak sering dikeluarkan dapat berkembang menjadi bendungan asi, payudara terisi sangat penuh dengan asi aliran susu menjadi terhambat dan akan menyebabkan payudara bengkak, akibatnya ibu tidak menyusui bayinya secara ekslusif. Dampak bendungan ASI yaitu statis pada pembuluh limfe akan mengakibatkan tekanan intraduktal yang akan mempengaruhi berbagai segmen pada payudara, sehingga tekanan seluruh payudara meningkat, akibatnya payudara sering terasa penuh, tegang, dan nyeri, walaupun tidak disertai dengan demam. Terlihat kalang payudara lebih lebar sehingga sukar dihisap oleh bayi. Bendungan ASI yang tidak disusukan secara adekuat akhinya terjadi mastitis. Maka diperlukan upaya untuk mencegah bendungan asi salah satunya dengan perawatan payudara. Tujuan literature review ini untuk menganalisis apakah ada hubungan antara perawatan payudara dengan bendungan ASI. Dengan adanya Pengaruh perawatan payudara terhadap bendungan ASI. pencarian artikel ini menggunakan google scholar, pudmed, science direck, kemudian ditemukan 10 artikel sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eklusi yang selanjutnya dilakukan review. berdasarkan 10 jurnal artikel secara umum menyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu postpartum dengan bendungan asi disebabkan oleh umur, pendidikan, perawatan payudara. dari tujuh artikel yang di dapat maka kita dapat mencegah terjadinya bendungan ASI dengan masae payudarah dan berhasil evektif mengatasi terjadinya masalah menyususi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and study the influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds on processed beef in terms of physical quality and consumer acceptance. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Culinary Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, from March 22, 2022, to September 25, 2023. The research method employed was experimental. The samples used in this study were processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. Subsequently, a panel test was conducted with 30 moderately trained panelists who evaluated predetermined aspects of consumer acceptance. Based on the results of the statistical hypothesis test using Anova for the physical quality test, it was found that there is an influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes on the aspect of meat tenderness. According to the results of the statistical hypothesis test for consumer acceptance using the Friedman test, it was found that the texture of processed beef was influenced. Based on the results of the Tukey's test, in terms of product preference for surface color, coffee flavor, meat flavor, texture, coffee aroma, and distinctive meat aroma, the product most preferred from the research was processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 120 minutes.
