Abstract

Vocational School is a level of secondary education which specifically prepares its graduates to be ready to work. Vocational school graduates are expected to be able to be absorbed and play a big role in the world of work. However, in reality there are still many vocational school graduates who have not been fully absorbed into the world of work. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) for vocational school graduates in Indonesia until November 2022 reached 11.41%, the highest among graduates at other levels of education. The high unemployment rate for vocational school graduates may be related to difficulties in determining career choices. The aim of the PkM activities at SMKN 1 Karanganyar is to help SMKN 1 Karanganyar students optimize their potential so that whatever their career goals are in the future will be achieved. Through this PkM activity, students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar are expected to be able to actualize themselves and align their potential regardless of the choices they make after graduating from SMKN 1 Karanganyar. The service method is carried out using educational methods about education, namely providing knowledge about the meaning of career planning, the benefits of career planning, the importance of career planning, tips for career success along with examples of career planning. Apart from this, training is also provided in making career planning as well as information on how to make a good job application letter, how to make an attractive CV, and tips on how to face job interviews and an introduction to job selection tests. The results of the service increase the knowledge of SMKN 1 Karanganyar students in terms of the world of work and education after graduating from school and can make good career plans for themselves.

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of Electronic Medical Records in the Emergency Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Karanganyar will begin in February 2024. Based on preliminary surveys at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Karanganyar, Electronic Medical Records still require development in their implementation. The purpose of this research is to understand the application of electronic medical records at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Karanganyar based on SWOT aspects. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are the head of medical records, emergency nurses, and IT staff, while the object is the implementation of electronic medical records based on the aspects of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT). The research instrument uses interview guidelines and observation guidelines, while data collection methods utilize unstructured interviews and observations. This study employs data validity through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data processing technique involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Keywords : Application of RME, Emergency, SWOT Abstrak Penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik di Insatalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar di mulai bulan Februari 2024. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Rekam Medis Elektronik masih perlu pengembangan dalam penerapannya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui penerapan rekam medis elektronik di rumah saki PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar berdasarkan aspek SWOT. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala rekam medis, Perawat IGD, tenaga IT, sedangkan objek adalah penerapan rekam medis elektronik berdasarkan aspek Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, sedangkan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan keabsahan data triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi Teknik. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah karanganyar masih perlu pengembanagan dalam penerapannya. Simpulan terkait hasil bahwa bagian Strenght ketersediaan SDM sudah mencukupi dan latar belakang Pendidikan petugas yang sudah sesuai dengan bidangnya, Weakness belum terdapat SOP terkait rekam medis elektronik, Opportunity ketersediaan penambahan tim IT yang professional, Threat terdapat hambatan dari faktor eksternal pada gangguan sistem BPJS. Kata Kunci : Penerapan RME, Gawat Darurat, SWOT
