Abstract

Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) is government assistance for low-income communities to encourage and increase self-help in improving the quality of houses and new construction of houses along with infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities. The problem in this research is that the people of Pancar Jelobok Village still only rely on BSPS program funds. It turns out that these funds are not enough for the construction or repair of their houses. So that the community actually has to try hard to find additional costs to increase costs outside of BSPS funding assistance in the form of self-help money, building materials and self-help labor sources. The purpose of this research is to find out the solution so that the BSPS program can be realized effectively, efficiently and sustainably in Pancar Jelobok Village.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution as the national constitution is the highest source of law that serves as a benchmark and guideline for other legal regulations. The 1945 Constitution as a written constitution has the highest authority in the Indonesian government system. Amendments to the 1945 Constitution occurred 4 (four) times, where the first change occurred in 1999, 2000, then 2001 and finally 2002. This research uses normative juridical research and library research (literature) which focuses on libraries to obtain data without conducting research in the field. Generation Z tends to be more interested in practical and visual things, so understanding the 1945 Constitution requires a flexible and adaptive strategy by using interactive and multimedia e-learning platforms such as animated videos, infographics, and educational applications to explain the articles of the 1945 Constitution. Integrating the 1945 Constitution in everyday life for generation Z can be done through various approaches that are relevant to their characteristics and needs in several effective ways. So that generation Z is able to understand and integrate the 1945 Constitution into their daily lives, making it a guideline in interacting and contributing to society.

Abstract

Handling drug abuse is one of the main focuses in the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) efforts in Indonesia. In this context, medical and social rehabilitation plays an important role as a recovery effort for addicts to return to optimal functioning in society. This community service activity uses a qualitative approach with a combination of observation, interview, and digital-based direct intervention methods in handling medical and social rehabilitation for drug abusers. This community service activity successfully implemented a digital-based medical and social rehabilitation strategy in supporting the P4GN program with a smart power approach. A web-based information system and mobile application designed to facilitate registration, monitoring, and mentoring of rehabilitation patients were successfully developed. This system provides easy access to information for the community and drug abusers to register and obtain rehabilitation services efficiently without having to come directly to the rehabilitation facility. The digital rehabilitation system is integrated with national electronic medical record platforms (such as SIRENA and the Ministry of Health's SATU SEHAT service), thus facilitating coordination between institutions and ensuring continuous monitoring of client health during and after the rehabilitation period. This community service activity successfully demonstrated that the handling of medical and social rehabilitation in a digital-based P4GN strategy with a smart power approach is an effective solution in an effort to realize a drug-free society. The smart power approach that integrates hard power (law enforcement) and soft power (prevention, community empowerment, and rehabilitation) with the support of digital information technology can improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and quality of rehabilitation services.
