Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Peran Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Prestasi Atlet di Kabupaten Serang dengan Resiliensi sebagai Intervening. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah atlet pada 10 cabang olahraga yang berada di bawah binaan KONI Kabupaten Serang yang berjumlah 261 orang atlet. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 orang dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan aturan dan tatacara Haire, (2014). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan hipotesis pertama antara Efikasi Diri terhadap Resiliensi memperoleh nilai t-statistik = 2.045 (2.045 > 1.96) dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan efikasi diri terhadap Resiliensi. Hipotesis kedua antara Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Resiliensi memperoleh nilai t-statistik = 11.307 (11.307> 1.96) dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Resiliensi. Hipotesis ketiga antara Efikasi Diri terhadap prestasi atlet memperoleh nilai t-statistik = 4.104 (4.104> 1.96) dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan Efikasi Diri terhadap Prestasi Atlet. Hipotesis keempat antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi atlet memperoleh nilai t-statistik = 12.367 (12.367 > 1.96) dengan nilai p-value = 0.000 > 0,05. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi atlet. Hipotesis kelima antara Resiliensi terhadap prestasi atlet memperoleh nilai t-statistik = 6.610 (6.610 > 1.96) dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan resiliensi terhadap prestasi atlet.

Abstract

Industrial Era 4.0 forces every company to have a strategic pattern in improving organizational performance. The industrial revolution has changed the way humans work manually towards automation or digitization by machines. Thus, innovation and human knowledge are the key to the birth of an increasingly sophisticated industry to meet human needs themselves. This study discusses the intellectual capital variables owned by human resources in an organization. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research because it is sourced from relevant journals. The research objects in this study are journals and other scientific articles that discuss intellectual capital and its impact on improving organizational performance. This research is expected to reveal more clearly how intellectual capital can significantly enhance organizational performance

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has facilitated access to information and influenced the pattern of people's economic activities, including in the field of buying and selling. Trade that was originally carried out conventionally has now begun to shift to digital platforms, especially social media. This study aims to examine the use of social media in online buying and selling activities by business actors in Serang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of six online business actors. The results showed that online buying and selling activities through social media are generally carried out as a hobby and spare time filler, not as a main job. Businesses utilize various platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and pay attention to the visual quality of products to attract consumers. Interestingly, consumers' decision to buy products is not solely based on need, but is also influenced by popular trends. This phenomenon shows that social media not only serves as a marketing tool, but also influences people's consumptive behavior. Keywords: Social Media, Online Buying and Selling, Society.
