Abstract

The digitization of the Islamic economy in Indonesia offers opportunities to strengthen economic growth based on Islamic principles. Through the development of sharia e-commerce platforms, technology-based financial services, and sharia-based fintech innovations, this digitization facilitates easier and faster access to Islamic products and services. This research uses three theoretical approaches: digital economy theory, entrepreneurship theory, and Islamic economic theory, with the aim of understanding the contribution and impact of digipreneurship in strengthening the digitalization of the Islamic economy in Indonesia and analyzing the principles of Islamic economics that can be applied in digital business. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive content analysis approach and phenomenological design. The results highlight the importance of digipreneurship as an effort to strengthen the digitalization of the Islamic economy in Indonesia and integrate the principles of Islamic entrepreneurship into digital businesses. Digitalization of the Islamic economy through digipreneurship opens opportunities for Muslim participation in the digital market, encourages innovation, and promotes inclusive economic growth. The integration of Islamic values and principles into the digital economy is important in the digital era in Indonesia. Digipreneurship serves as a means to harness the potential of digital technology by upholding Islamic values, so that individuals and businesses can play an important role in advancing the digitalization of the Islamic economy, driving economic growth, and creating a prosperous future.

Abstract

In the current context of economic globalization, Indonesia's Sharia-based economic system faces significant challenges in developing itself amidst the dominance of capitalist and socialist economic systems. This article aims to analyze the challenges faced by Indonesia's Sharia-based economic system and explore the maslahah mursalah approach as a conceptual framework to address these challenges. Through this approach, the article presents several strategic steps to strengthen the position of Sharia economics in Indonesia, including efforts to maintain the identity of Sharia economic law in a global environment dominated by capitalism, gathering empirical evidence on the advantages of Sharia economics, and increasing dialogue and collaboration between the academic community and practitioners of Sharia economics. This study fills the research gap by providing empirical comparative studies on the advantages of Sharia economics over capitalist and socialist systems, offering strategic solutions for practical implementation, and emphasizing the importance of academic-practitioner collaboration. This research's novelty is applying the maslahah mursalah conceptual framework, strategically reinforcing Sharia economic law identity, and enhancing academic-practitioner interaction. This article contributes to understanding the potential and challenges of developing Sharia economic law in Indonesia, offering new perspectives and concrete steps to strengthen Sharia economics in a dynamic global context. The findings enrich theoretical discussions and provide practical solutions to bolster the Sharia-based economic system amidst the prevailing global economic paradigms.

Abstract

Fenomena childfree masih menjadi hal yang tabu bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Stigma negatif masyarakat bagi pelaku childfree seringkali menjadi sasaran empuk yang membuat mereka tertekan secara emosional. Padahal kebahagiaan tidak hanya didapatkan dengan memiliki anak, sebagaimana kita mengetahui banyaknya kasus-kasus penelantaran orang tua oleh anaknya sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dengan mencari berbagai literatur bacaan seperti artikel jurnal, berita, buku, dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai childfree dan konsep filsafat stoikisme. Aliran filsafat stoikisme hadir sebagai jalan bagi manusia untuk mendapatkan kebahagian dalam hidup. Hasil peneitian ini adalah bahwa keputusan childfree merupakan hak individu pasangan; kebahagiaan pasangan tidak hanya ditentukan dengan memiliki atau tidak memiliki anak; dan stoikisme mengajarkan kita untuk dapat mengendalikan fikiran dan respon kita terhadapat semua hal yang terjadi dalam hidup kita, setiap manusia bertanggungjawab atas kebahagiaan dirinya sendiri.
