Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the delivery of Islamic teachings cannot but use modern mass communication media, such as television, film, radio, internet, newspapers, magazines, books, and so on. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Islamic da'wah through social media at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah in Karanggayam Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. Research Method: This research, based on the location of the data source, is included in the field research category, and in terms of the characteristics of the data, it is included in qualitative research, based on the discussion, it includes descriptive research using a case study approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: 1) Da'wah communication at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah is carried out by: a) Verbally, verbal da'wah communication is held every Maghrib prayer except Friday night and Tuesday night which is delivered directly by the Kiai. b) In the book, communication of da'wah with the book is carried out after the 'Asr prayer, the book that is delivered is Al-Iklil, every Thursday night, Friday, Monday night, Tuesday, the book that is delivered is Al Hikam. c) Print media, da'wah communication with print media is held at the same time as recitation of the book, which is given to students who are unable to understand the meaning and significance of the book being studied, with themes that are in accordance with those studied in the recitation. 2) The da'wah method via social media at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah is carried out by means of lectures and printed media which are distributed to students who cannot yet read and write hijaiyah letters, especially to young people who have just started learning the Koran and older students in particular. And generally, students are less able to understand the meaning and significance of the books being studied. Recitations through print media are taken from books, especially from the Qur'an and Hadith and translated into Indonesian. 3) The results of da'wah communication via social media at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah can be known by: the da'wah material is quickly understood and easy to understand the meaning and meaning of the book translated through print media, the da'wah material is easily accepted by the students, the da'wah material is easily put into practice through social media , because there is immediate information and guidance.

Abstract

The purpose of this Observation is to identify and evaluate external and internal elements and cooperative development tactics that can improve the welfare of the people of Tulungagung Regency. The methodology used in this Observation is qualitative. In-depth interviews, focus group discussions, observation, and documentation are the methods used to collect data. SWOT analysis is the data analysis method used. Referring to the Observation findings, the researcher came to the following conclusions: The results of the Observation reveal that the approaches that can be taken to build cooperatives and improve the welfare of the people's welfare are: One way to develop the people's economy is by: Utilizing the APBN to provide funding stimulus for business funding for people's economic actors, increasing the number and quality of local products so that they are able to compete in regional and global markets, improving agricultural human resources through funding from financial institutions and private assistance (business partners). This can be done in order to overcome various obstacles in the development of the people's economy: Improving the quality of human resources of people's economic actors through non-formal teaching and practice, continuous teaching and practice for assistants, utilization of appropriate technology (TTG) for the provision of funding for agricultural businesses and equipment, expanding the role of MSMEs and cooperatives in all districts and cities, and utilization of activity funds for profitable economic businesses. Improving the quality and quantity of competitive local products can be done through policies to build a people's economy. In addition, the community rarely relies on government funding assistance, and economic actors rarely rely on middlemen. The IE Matrix Strategy is a strategy analysis used in the growth-driven strategy development model, while the SWOT diagram displays Quadrant I which reveals a favorable situation because cooperatives in the Kedungwaru Tulungagung Area have strengths and opportunities that allow them to maximize their potential and implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

The role of human resources in a company is crucial and must be utilized as effectively as possible. To achieve this, it is necessary to implement strategies that motivate employees to work willingly and apply their skills and competencies to achieve optimal performance. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including motivation, ethics, and the work environment. This study employed a saturated sampling technique, meaning that the entire population of 93 employees at CV. Surya Food Indonesia Blitar was used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation methods. The results of the analysis revealed that motivation significantly influences employee performance. Similarly, ethics also has a significant impact on how employees perform their duties. Furthermore, the work environment plays a key role in shaping employee performance. Collectively, motivation, ethics, and the work environment were found to have a combined and significant effect on the performance of employees at CV. Surya Food Indonesia Blitar. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a motivated, ethical, and supportive workplace to enhance overall productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of talent development and job assignments on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. The research method is Quantitative with the type of associative research. Collecting survey data using the questionnaire method which will be distributed to research samples which contain several questions related to the indicators in this study and translated into numerical data with a Likert scale. Which of the data that has been taken will then be processed through the SPSS software. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. The results of his research show: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between talent development on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. This means that if talent development increases, employee performance also increases. 2) there is a significant effect of job assignments on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. This means that the higher the job assignment, the higher the employee's performance. 3) there is an influence of talent development and job assignments on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. This means that the higher the talent development and job assignment, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in strengthening regional economic development, including in Blitar City. However, the rapid growth of digital technology has not been fully utilized by many MSME actors, particularly in the areas of marketing and ethical business management. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of MSME development programs through digital marketing training and the strengthening of business ethics. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques during the community service program implementation. The results show that digital marketing training successfully enhanced the capacity, creativity, and professionalism of culinary MSME actors in Blitar City. Participants were able to leverage digital media to expand market reach, increase sales, and manage customer relations more effectively. In addition, business ethics training improved participants’ understanding and moral awareness regarding honesty, responsibility, and integrity in business operations. The application of ethical values, both universal and Islamic-based principles, contributed to strengthening customer trust and supporting business sustainability. The synergy between digital competence and ethical awareness provided a positive impact on enhancing MSME competitiveness. Therefore, this program can serve as a model for technology- and morality-based local economic empowerment to strengthen community-based economic development.

Abstract

This research holds significant urgency as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are key drivers of the local economy and play an important role in improving community welfare. The purpose of this study is to analyze the local government’s strategies in empowering MSMEs, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies implemented, and to identify the challenges and opportunities in MSME empowerment. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research design. Data were collected using purposive sampling through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were then analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the strategies of the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of Tulungagung Regency in empowering the MSME sector are carried out through three main approaches: human resource empowerment strategies, supporting strategies, and institutional strategies. Human resource empowerment is implemented by fostering new entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship training. Supporting strategies are carried out by organizing MSME product exhibitions both online and offline as an effort to expand market reach. Meanwhile, institutional strategies are implemented through the formation of business groups, cooperative empowerment, and strengthening the capacity and quality of community enterprises. However, the implementation of these strategies faces several internal obstacles, including limited budgets that prevent regular training, low competence and professionalism of human resources, and a conservative mindset among the community that hinders innovation. In addition, the lack of public support and appreciation for local products also contributes to the slow development of the MSME sector in Tulungagung Regency.
