Abstract

This research describes the concept of diversion in Indonesia's children criminal justice system, with a focus on its implementation and the factors that encourage children to become involved in criminal offenses. The concept of family as the basic unit of society is considered, and children are regarded as a trust that requires protection and loving care. Diversion, as a transfer of the settlement of children's cases from the criminal justice process to out of court, supports a rehabilitative and coaching approach This research uses Kuliatatif research by analyzing the data obtained from the research results, both from primary and secondary data Collecting data and information related to the object of this research, the author conducted research at the Gowa Police Office, South Sulawesi. The results showed that 55% of respondents supported the diversion approach, indicating a paradigm shift in the handling of children in conflict with the law. In addition, the study identified factors that encourage children to commit criminal offenses, including the role of family, environment, and social policy. The findings indicate the need for preventive approaches and appropriate interventions to avoid children engaging in dangerous and harmful behaviors. The results of this study provide insights for juvenile justice institutions and related parties in optimizing diversion as a more humane and effective way of dealing with children involved in criminal acts.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process carried out using the lecture method without the support of learning media, will result in students getting bored so that students do not have the enthusiasm to learn. Meanwhile, the impact when the questions are not randomized in the learning media causes monotonous learning so that students will face the same sequence of questions every time. they learn, causing boredom and reducing interest and involvement in the learning process. Increased Memorization Without Understanding: Users may only memorize the sequence and answers to questions without truly understanding the material, reducing the effectiveness of learning and in-depth understanding of concepts. This research aims to Design Literacy Learning Media Lontara Based on Augmented Reality and Implementing the Fisher-Yates Algorithm Lontara Script Learning Media Based on Android Augmented Reality. The research design used is Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is designed in a structured manner consisting of use case diagram model designs, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams, software applications using Unity, Vuforia using the Fisher-Yates Algorithm. Results of the research This is the Fisher-Yates algorithm ensuring the order of the questions is always random every time it is run. This makes the user's learning experience more dynamic and interesting. This algorithm is very effective in creating variations in the presentation of questions

Abstract

The use of carbide in ripening bananas can result in chemical contamination of bananas. This can have a negative impact on the health of consumers who consume these bananas, so this research aims to design a system to differentiate between naturally ripe bananas and carbonated ripe bananas with Digital Images using the Hue Saturation Value (HSV), Local Binary Patterns (LBP) and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). In this research, the system development used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). Meanwhile, making software in this system uses PHP, HTML, CSS, Java script software and for the database uses MySql. This research collects data obtained through observation, interviews and literature study. The method used to create this system is Hue Saturation Value (HSV) to extract color features, Local Binary Patterns (LBP) to extract texture features and the K-Nearest Neighbor (K) algorithm. -NN) for classification of plantain types. The digital image classification system distinguishes naturally ripe or carbitant plantains and can display classification results well so that it can help the public in distinguishing naturally ripened bananas or carbitants. The system created has been able to implement the Hue Saturation Value (HSV), Local Binary Patterns (LBP), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods well and the system can differentiate naturally ripe bananas and carbonates well with a level of accuracy for the k= value 3, namely 100%, k=5 96.67%, k=7 93.33% and k=9 with an accuracy of 96.67% from 30 testing data using 200 training data.

Abstract

Penelitian yangg dilakukan bertujuan merancang serta membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dalam Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk menentukan kualitas biji kakao. Sistem tersebut membantu perusahaan dan petani dalam memilih kualitas biji kakao. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dengan kriteria variabel input dan variabel hasil dibagi menjadi satu atau lebih himpunan fuzzy. Setiap anggota himpunan fuzzy dipengaruhi oleh fungsi keanggotaan yang dipengaruhi oleh derajat keanggotaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem pengambilan keputusan biji kakao berkualitas. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dengan 25 alternatif menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto yang akan terjadi perangkingan tertinggi yaitu alternatif dengan biji kakao berjenis Trinitario Angoleta yang berada dibagian mutu ke-dua menjadi biji kakao berkualitas menggunakan persentasi nilai akhir sebesar 0,966667.

Abstract

Accurately determining the ripeness of oil palm fruit is crucial for ensuring the quality of palm oil. However, traditional manual methods are often time-consuming and less accurate. This study aimed to develop an automated system for detecting the ripeness of oil palm fruit by combining the Hue Saturation Value (HSV) model, Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms. This system utilizes K-Nearest Neighbors to classify the relationship between color features extracted using the HSV model and texture features derived from GLCM analysis to categorize fruit ripeness. The color features represent the fruit's chromatic characteristics associated with ripeness, while the texture features provide information regarding surface patterns related to ripeness. The color features represent the fruit's color characteristics associated with ripeness, whereas the texture features provide information about the surface patterns related to ripeness. The results indicate that the system can classify oil palm fruit into four distinct categories: Over-Ripe, Ripe, Half-Ripe, and Raw. The dataset was divided with an 80:20 ratio, where 80% was allocated for training data and the remaining 20% for test data. An accuracy rate of 85% was achieved. The results of this study demonstrate that the developed system effectively classifies oil palm fruit images based on ripeness levels. This system supports a sustainable automated palm oil production model through accurate ripeness detection, thereby reducing reliance on manual methods and enhancing consistency and productivity in palm oil processing. These findings indicate that the proposed hybrid method is feasible for integration into an automated classification system to support decision-making in oil palm harvesting

Abstract

Penelitian ini penulis menganalisa tentang gugatan citizen law suit yang diajukan oleh warga Kota Makassar sehubungan dengan tindakan pemerintah Kota Makassar yang melakukan revitalisasi lapangan karebosi. Penelitian difokuskan terhadap perkara putusan Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mengungkapkan, mengurai, dan menganalisa tentang mekanisme penyelesaian hak gugatan warga negara melalui gugatan citizen law suit pada obyek kasus yang diteliti. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada dua tempat yaitu Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IA Makassar dan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Makassar. Sumber datanya adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mencatat arsip dan dokumen yang erat kaitannya dengan gugatan citizen law suit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penyelesaian hak gugat warga negara melalui gugatan citizen law suit yang diajukan oleh warga Kota Makassar telah sesuai dengan prosedur dari aturan yang berlaku. Namun, factor yang menjadi kendala dalam gugatan citizen law suit adalah model gugatan ini masih terbilang baru di Indonesia sehingga masyarakat dan para penegak hukum kurang begitu paham tentang tata cara dan mekanisme gugatan tersebut, ditambah lagi belum adanya aturan yang secara spesifik mengatur tentang gugatan citizen law suit. Olehnya itu, perlu adanya undang-undang yang mengatur secara khusus mengenai perkara gugatan citizen law suit termasuk hukum acaranya
