Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program pendampingan kuri­ku­lum 2013 pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pendampingan. Penelitian di­lakukan di Gugus III Kecamatan Jatiasih Bekasi. Jenis penelitian adalah pe­ne­li­tian evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode penggabungan (mixed method) untuk menganalisis data. Sumber data terdiri atas Ketua Gugus, Instruktur Nasional Ku­rikulum 2013, dan guru model. Instrumen penelitian adalah pedoman wa­wan­cara, lembar observasi, angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kua­li­tatif mencakup reduksi data; penyajian data; dan verifikasi data. Data ku­antitatif dianalisis dengan menghitung persentase berdasarkan kriteria tidak baik, kurang baik, cukup baik, baik, dan sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bah­wa pe­ren­canaan program pendampingan dilakukan melalui enam langkah mendesain tujuan, mengidentifikasi potensi, menfasilitasi orientasi bersama, mencocokkan, mem­persiapkan peralatan, implementasi pendampingan, dan mengevaluasi dan revisi. Terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan ku­rikulum 2013, yaitu pendekatan saintifik, membuat soal ulangan harian, reka­pi­tulasi nilai ke dalam rapot. Implementasi pendampingan dalam pelaksanakan K 2013 mengarah pada pembiasaan untuk mengembangkan aspek kognisi, afeksi, dan psikomotor. Pandangan guru tentang pelaksanaan pendampingan K 13 ber­ada pada kategori baik.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate mentoring program of 2013 curriculum that focused on planning and implementation phases. The study was conducted in Cluster III Jatiasih District of Bekasi. The type of research was evaluation study by mixed method to analyze the data. The data source consisted of the chairman of the cluster, national instructor of 2013 curriculum, and the model teachers. The research instruments were interview guide, observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation tools. The techniques of qualitative data analysis include data reduction displays, conclusion drawing and verification. Quantitative data were analyzed by calculating the percentage based on the criteria “not good, poorly good, fairly good, good, and excellent. The results showed that the mentoring program planning is done through a six steps; designing objectives, identifying potential, facilitating orientation, matching, preparing equipment, implemen­ta­tion, evaluation and revision. There were constraints faced by teachers in imple­menting the 2013 curriculum, namely scientific approach, making daily quiz, score recapitulation and report card. Implementation of 2013 curriculum men­to­ring leads to cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The teachers’ opinion on the mentoring program of 2013 curriculum was in the good category.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at constructing the system of (1) organizational transformation (2) human resources empowerment, and (3) information system application to support learning organization at the post graduate program of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research type was a generic, basic, or interpretive qualitative research. The methods of data collection were interview guide, observation sheet, and documentation and analyzed data using data reduction, data display, data conclusion and data verification. The results showed that the model of organiza-tional transformation to support learning organization at post graduate program of UIN Alauddin combined vision, culture, strategy, and structure. Human resource empowerment was emphasized to the staff, faculty, and student’s empowerment. The empowerment of the alumni, stake holders, parents, and community has not been integrated. Model of technology systems appli­cation that was used in the post graduate program of UIN Alauddin maximized the use of CCTV, Wi-Fi, and software for financial administration. Learning resources in this institutions included textbooks, handouts, papers, PowerPoint presentations, and the Internet. Electronic equipment supporting system the digitization process of online learning resources covered journal of post graduate program that contained online abstract. Other sources such as e-books, online journals, digitization of theses and dissertations have been agreed and are in the process of development.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sistem (1) transformasi orga­ni­sasi, (2) pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, dan (3) aplikasi sistem informasi untuk mendukung organisasi belajar pada Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif generik, dasar, atau interpretatif. Metode pengumpulan data meng­gunakan pedoman wawancara, panduan obser­vasi, dan studi dokumen dengan reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesim­pul­an serta verifikasi untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bah­wa sistem transformasi organisasi Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin memadukan visi, budaya, strategi, dan struktur. Model pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia mene­kankan pada pemberdayaan staf, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Sedangkan pem­ber­dayaan kepada pengguna jasa alumni, orang tua mahasiswa, dan masyarakat belum terintegrasikan. Model aplikasi sistem teknologi yang digunakan pada Pasca­sarjana UIN Alauddin memaksimalkan penggunaan CCTV, WiFi, dan soft­ware untuk administrasi keuangan. Sumber belajar yang tersedia mencakup buku paket, handout, makalah, presentasi powerpoint dengan menggunakan laptop dan LCD, serta internet. Sistem pendukung peralatan elektronik dan proses digitalisasi sumber-sumber belajar online adalah jurnal Pascasarjana yang hanya memuat abstrak secara online. Sumber-sumber lain seperti e-book, jurnal online, digitalisasi tesis dan disertasi telah diwacanakan dan sedang dalam proses pe­ngem­bangannya.

Abstract

The purpose of study is to discover the character education values that are integrated in lesson plan, implemented in the classroom setting, and classroom academic rules. This is a case study research that focused on describing the integration of character education program in the Model Islamic senior high school of Makassar, Indonesia. Fifty lesson plans were collected, twenty six informants were observed, and five informants were interviewed to have data on character education values that work. The data were analyzed using qualitative approach; data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. The result showed that (1) there are eighteen character education values written in the lesson plan; religious, honest, tolerant, discipline, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, the spirit of nationalism, love to motherland,  appreciation of achievement, friendly, peaceful, love to read, environmental and social care, responsibility, (2) the values that work in the classroom are religious, trustworthy, respectfulness, diligent, fair, care, integrity, responsible, honest, love to motherland, courage, and (3) the values that work in the academic rules are disciplines, care, tolerant, friendly, responsible.-----Studi ini bertujuan untuk menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang diintegrasikan melalui Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, diimplementasikan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas dan aturan akademik sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang diarahkan pada pendeskripsian integrasi program pendidikan karakter pada Madasah Aliyah Negeri Model Makassar, Indonesia. Sebanyak 50 RPP dikumpulkan, duapuluh enam informan diamati, dan lima informan diwawancarai untuk memperoleh data tentang nilai-nilai karakter yang dijalankan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif; reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat delapan belas karakter yang tertulis pada RPP mencakup religius, jujur, toleran, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, keingintahuan, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan bertanggungjawab, (2) nilai-nilai karakter yang diintegrasikan dalam ruang kelas adalah religius,amanah, hormat, rajin, adil, peduli, integritas, bertanggungjawab, jujur, cinta tanah air, keberanian, dan (3) nilai-nilai karakter dalam penegakkan aturan sekolah adalah disiplin, peduli, toleran, bersahabat, dan bertanggungjawab.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implantation of academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency. This research is a qualitative research with the phenomenology approach. The subject of this study is the supervisors, head of Madrasah, teachers, and students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data display, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision of supervisors at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency from the planning aspect, monitoring program has been included either because the supervisor has done the planning before conducting supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel to be supervised so as to prepare. However, the teacher's aspect of coaching has not been well-running so much of the assessment aspect. Thus, the results of the implementation of the academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency is not optimal so it still needs to be improved, especially on the aspect of development and judgment.

Abstract

This article aims at analyzing the terminology of instructional technology from the historical perspectives. The development of the terms impacts the nomenclature, role, domain, and the object of the study. The term instructional technology is perceived the same as educational technology by some experts, while some others considered different. Technology is the application of knowledge for practical purposes. In early development, instructional technology was seen as instructional media, and then it was considered as a science, process, which includes the field of design, development, utilization, management, and evaluation of processes and learning resources, and currently is focused on facilitating learning and improving performance.

Abstract

This article aimed at describing the history of Ma'had Al-Birr at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar and explaining the educational programs developed in accordance with the demands of the times. Data collection methods were in-depth interview, observation, and document study relating to Ma'had Al-Birr. Data Analysis was carried out by following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, namely data condensation, data display, verification and conclusion drawing. In order to have accurate data, the researchers conducted internal, external, dependability and objectivity validity. The results showed that since its establishment in 1996, Ma'had Al-Birr of UNISMUH Makassar developed according to the needs of the community. The establishment was based on the collaboration between UNISMUH and the Dār al-Birr foundation that changed its name became the Asian Muslim Foundation in 2002. Ma'had Al-Birr of UNISMUH carried out the Arabic education program (I'dad Lughawy), tahfidz Al-Qur'an, Da'wah, and Shari 'ah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ketika diberikanperlakuan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar multimedia dibandingkan dengan tidakmendapat perlakuan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar multimedia. Jenis penelitian iniyaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dan desain one-grup pretestposttest.Jumlah populasi yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Inpres 6/86 BalleKabupaten Bone dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 1 kelas dan sampel dalam penelitianini yaitu semua populasi kelas V SD inpres 6/86 Balle Kabupaten Bone yang berjumlah22 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes awal (pre-tes), pemberian perlakuan(treatmen), tes akhir (post-test) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaituanalisis data statistik deskriptif dan analisis data statistik Inferensial. Hasil analisismenunjukkan bahwa nilai dari rata-rata hasil belajar sebelum penggunaan bahan ajarberbasis multimedia sebesar 36,4% yang berada pada kategori rendah. Sedangkan nilairata-rata hasil belajar setelah penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia sebesar 77,3 %yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bagi pendidik dapatmenggunakan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan multimedia untukmeningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Selain itu juga, agar kiranya pendidik dapatterdorong untuk mengikuti seminar dan diklat untuk menambah wawasan dalammeningkatkan metode pembelajaran yang lainnya dan penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikansebagai bahan referensi atau penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This research aimed at developing Insurance and Budgeting Organization English Material for students of Management Department at STIE YPUP, Makassar. The research design used in this study was Research and Development (R&D). The development model used was ISD model. It consisted of three phases: needs analysis, instructional design, implementation, and evaluation. T Types of data obtained in this study were quantitative and qualitative data. The instruments used in this research were questionnaire and observation sheet for two experts. In this research, two experts were involved in order to validate the product. There were three systematic aspects that they validated of the product: Materials Systematic Organization, Systematic English Teaching and Systematic Content of English. The development of English materials includes conceptual map, goals, materials sequence, English material and worksheet, and additional task. The product was tried out to the first semester of students of management department at STIE YPUP. Therefore, the result indicated that based on the experts’ judgment as well as try-out design result, the developed ELT materials were applicable to be taught at the first semester of students of management department as topics in English for them.

Abstract

This research article aims to analyze and find the significance of the influence of the use of management information systems (MIS) in decision making on the quality of administrative services at the Graduate School of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research is a field research with ex post facto method through a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 62 graduate students taken at random as many as 10% of 618 college students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: the reality of the use of MIS in decision making at the Graduate School UIN Alauddin Makassar is 65.8% of the expected criteria, indicating that there are still 34.2% that need to be improved; the reality of the quality of administrative services at the Graduate School of UIN Alauddin Makassar 64.6% of the expected criteria, indicating that there are still 35.4% that need to be improved; the use of MIS in decision making has a positive effect of 30.7% on the quality of administrative services and has a significant effect on the Graduate School of UIN Alauddin Makassar.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) Analyze the influence of learning styles on the learning outcomes of PAI students in the class of 2022 at the tarbiyah and teacher training faculty at UIN Alauddin Makassar, 2) Analyze the influence of critical thinking on the learning outcomes of PAI students in the class of 2022 at the tarbiyah and teacher t[]aining faculty at UIN Alauddin Makassar, 3) Analyze the influence of learning styles and critical thinking on the learning outcomes of PAI students in the class of 2022, tarbiyah and teacher training faculty at UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research method uses quantitative, this type of research is ex post facto and uses a pedagogical approach. The sample in this research was PAI students class of 2022 who were obtained using a sampling technique, namely the saturated sampling technique. The number of samples in the 2022 PAI class is 56 students. To collect data using learning style questionnaire instruments and critical thinking questionnaires. Research data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis or using the t test and f test. The results of descriptive analysis on the visual learning style variable obtained an average value of 51.61, which means the medium category and critical thinking obtained an average value of 42.21, which means the medium category while learning outcomes obtained an average value of 3.78, which means the medium category. Based on the results of data analysis, the coefficient table shows that visual learning style influences learning outcomes with a sig of 0.001. Critical thinking influences learning outcomes with a sig value of 0.001. In the multiple regression test, the ANOVA results found that visual learning style and critical thinking both had an influence on learning outcomes with a value below 0.005, namely 0.001. The implication of this research is that existing stakeholders can improve students' critical thinking and pay attention to dominant learning styles so that they can improve student learning outcomes
