Abstract

. The purpose of thils study was to determilne and analyze the ilnfluence of trust, ease, and qualilty of ilnformatilon on onlilne purchasilng decilsilons on the Shopee.co.ild silte for Shopee consumers iln Sleman Regency. Thils research ils a type of causal associlatilve research that ailms to analyze the relatilonshilp between one varilable and another. The populatilon iln thils study are consumers of onlilne shoppilng whose number ils unknown. The samplilng method used purposilve samplilng wilth a total sample of 80 respondents. The data analysils method used ils a quantiltatilve descrilptilve analysils method wilth multilple lilnear regressilon analysils technilques. The results of the research hypothesils testilng show that the varilables of trust, convenilence, and qualilty of ilnformatilon silmultaneously have a posiltilve and silgnilfilcant effect, then partilally the trust varilable has no posiltilve and ilnsilgnilfilcant effect, whille the ease and qualilty of ilnformatilon have a posiltilve and silgnilfilcant effect on onlilne shoppilng decilsilons iln the dilstrilct. Sleman. The Coeffilcilent of Determilnatilon test shows that 58.1% 68.1% of purchasilng decilsilons can be explailned by the varilables of trust, convenilence, and qualilty of ilnformatilon, whille the remailnilng 31.9% ils explailned by other factors not ilncluded iln thils study.

Abstract

Somongari Village is a village in Purworejo Regency and currently Somongari Village is entering the tourist village development stage. However, there are obstacles that make the tourism village development program in Somongari Village less than optimal. These obstacles include not having properly implemented the tourism village roadmap listed in the Village RPJMD, the need to develop a network of partnerships with other parties to develop tourism villages, the need to strengthen village organizations (such as KWT, BUMDes and Karang Taruna). For this reason, a Community Service Program is being carried out with output targets: 1). There is a potential roadmap for agrotourism villages in the Somongari tourist village. 2). There is an increase in organizational capacity in the village in the context of managing and developing tourist villages in Somongari Village. Stages in activities: 1). Activity planning. The service team invited Pokdarwis administrators and the local village government. 2). Activity process. This stage is aimed at finding out the level of understanding of the mentoring participants along with feedback in the form of questions from the training participants who have received knowledge transfer regarding the potential of the village and what will be developed as a tourist village. 3). End of activity. Evaluation is carried out to measure the success of all mentoring programs. The activity success indicator was determined to be 80% of participants able to implement material to strengthen and improve the tourist village in Somongari Village.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial aspect that plays a crucial role in maintaining the sustainability, productivity, and competitiveness of a company, including in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Optimal performance levels not only impact the achievement of company targets but also influence customer satisfaction and business churn. One factor believed to be able to improve employee performance is the provision of rewards and motivation. Rewards can be financial or non-financial, which serve as a form of company appreciation for employee contributions. Meanwhile, motivation functions as an internal driver that raises work enthusiasm to achieve the best results. This study aims to analyze the effect of rewards and motivation on employee performance at the Nasi Kulit Syuurga MSME. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population of 32 employees were used as respondents. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire, and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that rewards have a significant influence on employee performance. This indicates that appropriate recognition can improve work quality and productivity. However, motivation partially did not have a significant effect on employee performance, which is likely caused by other factors such as working conditions, organizational culture, or suboptimal job satisfaction. Nevertheless, rewards and motivation have been shown to simultaneously contribute to improved employee performance. This finding underscores the importance of designing an effective reward system, coupled with more targeted motivation strategies, to enable MSMEs to retain high-performing employees and increase their competitiveness.
