Abstract

This study aims to see and examine the effect of risk and service quality on customer loyalty using BSI Mobile Banking for IAIN Ternate students. The source of data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. This method uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 100 respondents from IAIN Ternate students who use BSI Mobile Banking, while the data collection technique used is a questionnaire method and processed using the SPSS program. From the results of data processing, it shows that the variables of Risk and Quality of Service all have a significant effect on the variable of customer loyalty in IAIN Ternate students

Abstract

Writing scientific papers is very important in the academic world to improve quality and quality for students in making citations and bibliography. Community service in the form of training on making citations and bibliography of scientific papers is carried out to provide knowledge and use of the Mendeley application as a software or reference manager to make references and reference lists easier, practical and accurate. This activity is carried out using the training method with lecture techniques, providing training and direct guidance to students. Participants in the training activities in this PkM were students of the Sharia Banking Study Program, the Sharia Management Study Program, the Shariah Accounting Study Program and the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, IAIN Ternate, with a total of 30 participants. The purpose of this activity is that students are expected to be able to independently manage references well. The survey results show that this training is very beneficial for students. This is evidenced by the information provided by students through questionnaires distributed. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that students' knowledge and skills in utilizing the Mendeley application increased.Keywords: Training; Mendeley Application; Students.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan komponen penting perekonomian global, yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap lapangan kerja, inovasi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kesulitan dalam mempersiapkan siswa menjelang kelulusan untuk memasuki dunia UMKM sering kali disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai wirausaha serta aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan. Latar belakang makalah berbasis Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini untuk memahami kesulitan dalam mempersiapkan siswa menjelang kelulusan untuk memasuki dunia UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan praktis dan pemahaman tentang jenis-jenis usaha dan pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat untuk siswa, sehingga mereka siap memasuki dunia UMKM. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pelatihan dimulai dengan memberikan materi tentang bisnis mikro dilanjutkan, bisnis kecil kemudian bisnis menegah dan terkhir bisnis e-commerce, dimana disetiap materi akan menghubungkan dengan pengelolaan keuangan seperti, akses pendapatan, legalitas atau perisinan, dan kemitraan usaha. Hasil dari proses kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan pemahaman siswa mengenai dunia UMKM. Antusiasme peserta terlihat dari keterlibatan mereka selama mengikuti workshop, serta hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan sebesar 80%. Keterbatasan dari kegiatan ini, dimana para siswa tidak mendapatkan pengalaman langsung dalam berwirausaha. Sehingga program berikutnya tidak hanya semata mata memberi teori tetapi pengalaman langsung.Keywords: Keuangan, UMKM.

Abstract

Assistance in managing financial administration and simple bookkeeping is a strategic effort to strengthen financial management capabilities in micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) groups. The purpose of this activity is to empower the Sago Boso MSME group in understanding the importance of proper financial management and an effective financial administration system in order to support the government's steps in overcoming unemployment and opening up as many jobs as possible. The method applied in this community service program is participatory action research (PAR) which prioritizes a collaborative and empowerment-oriented approach. This method aims to create relevant and sustainable social change through a series of participatory steps, namely problem identification, action planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. The results of this community service show an increase in the understanding and ability of the sagu boso MSME group to record financial transactions and prepare simple correct financial reports. This assistance is expected to be sustainable and become an empowerment model that can be applied to other MSME sectors to support local economic strengthening and job creation.
