Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas pendidikan dan efektivitas pengajar. Strategi deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Ada 26 peserta dalam populasi penelitian ini instruktur SD Negeri Bumi Setia. Kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data bersama dengan uji t dan f untuk pengujian hipotesis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran berdampak terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; Nilai thitung sebesar 8,103 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,711 menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran memberikan kontribusi sebesar 73,2% terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Kinerja mengajar guru berdampak terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; Hal ini terlihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 5,214 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,711 yang menunjukkan adanya Kemanjuran pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 53,1%. Hasil Fhitung 48,927 > Ftabel 3,40 menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran dan efektivitas mengajar guru digabungkan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Fasilitas pembelajaran dan efektivitas guru secara keseluruhan berkontribusi sebesar 81,0% terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini menyumbang persentase sisanya. A quantitative descriptive strategy was used in this investigation. There were 26 participants in this study population as SD Negeri Bumi Setia instructors. Questionnaires are used in data collection. Multiple linear regression was used in data analysis along with t and f tests for hypothesis testing. The findings show that learning facilities have an impact on learning effectiveness; The tcount value is 8.103 > the ttable value is 1.711 indicating that learning facilities contribute 73.2% to learning effectiveness. Teacher teaching performance has an impact on learning effectiveness; This can be seen from the tcount value of 5.214 > the ttable value of 1.711 which indicates that the efficacy of learning is influenced by the teacher's teaching performance of 53.1%. The results of Fcount 48.927 > Ftable 3.40 indicate that learning facilities and teacher teaching effectiveness combined have an effect on learning effectiveness. Learning facilities and teacher effectiveness as a whole contribute 81.0% to learning effectiveness; other factors not included in this study accounted for the remaining percentage. Abstract

This stuaThis study aims to determine the efforts of teachers and educational staff in branding madrasahs to increase the attractiveness of new student admissions in the digital era. Then, this study also analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors in the madrasah branding process. The method employed is field research, utilizing a case study approach and a qualitative methodology. The research focus was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Daar Al-Hikmah Seputih Mataram, Central Lampung. Based on the findings from a total of 25 informants, madrasah branding is a crucial strategy for attracting the interest of the community and prospective new students, particularly in today's digital landscape. Several strategic steps implemented include the creation of an official website as a public information medium, the formation of a branding team consisting of competent teachers and education staff, the use of social media such as Instagram and TikTok to creatively showcase various madrasah activities, community and alums involvement, and regular evaluations are important steps in expanding the promotional reach and improving the branding. In addition, several key supporting factors in madrasah branding include the presence of skilled human resources in digital design and communication, as well as the need for public trust in the madrasah due to its religious foundation. On the other hand, challenges faced by madrasah branding include budget constraints, competition between educational institutions (such as schools and Madrasah), and a lack of market understanding. Therefore, to achieve optimal branding effectiveness, Madrasah must collaborate, innovate, and continually improve their capacity to adapt to changing times and community needsdy aims to determine the efforts of teachers and educational staff in branding madrasahs to increase the attractiveness of new student admissions in the digital era.
