Abstract

The purpose of writing the article is to discuss the role of the Pancasila Student and Youth Student Unit organization at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in countering radicalism among students. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The role of organizations is to ward off radicalism among students through counterradicalization efforts, namely by counter-ideology, counternarrative, and counterpropaganda. Counter-radicalization is carried out by carrying out several activities, namely through organizational introduction orientation activities, routine studies, public discussions, consolidations, orations, posting press releases and study materials, as well as campaigns on the dangers of radicalism. Supporting factors for implementing activities are coordination with the Serang City Pancasila Student and Youth Student Unit and sub-commissariats in the faculty, and collaboration with other organizations. The inhibiting factors faced are the existence of inactive cadres and the lack of participation from students.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the implementation of the Kolega Sejati program to strengthen family-based character education in the community in the city of Bukittinggi. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. In the implementation of the Kolega Sejati program, it was found that there was a planning, implementation and evaluation process that overall had run optimally in terms of communication, bureaucratic structure, resources, and disposition. Internally, there is support from competent organizers, adequate infrastructure, and sufficient funds. Externally there is support in the form of collaboration with other parties, as well as support from the community. Internal obstacles are the organizers’ schedules which conflict with the main duties of the department, and external obstacles are weather obstacles and community support which is still uneven. The perceived impact of the Kolega Sejati program on strengthening family-based character education is the realization of the values of harmony, tolerance, piety, and a culture of healthy living

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bentuk penanaman nilai melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan dengan konsep kyouiku mama di lingkungan keluarga sebagai habituasi pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau studi kepustakaan, yang memanfaatkan sumber kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data penelitiannya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kyouiku mama merupakan sebuah konsep yang dikembangkan di Jepang yang menjelaskan peran ibu dalam proses mendidik karakter dan etika anak-anak di Jepang. Dalam proses mendidik, ibu di Jepang melakukan berbagai upaya guna menghasilkan anak-anak yang pandai, patuh, dan juga cinta kepada tanah airnya. Bentuk pendidikan moral yang diajarkan melalui konsep kyouiku mama ini cukup sejalan dengan konsep moral Pancasila yang ada dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang diterapkan di Indonesia. Untuk itu penerapan pendidikan nilai melalui konsep kyouiku mama ini dapat dijadikan salah satu acuan bagi orang tua, khususnya dalam penanaman nilai melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan di lingkungan keluarga dengan proses habituasi pada anak.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students’ citizenship character awareness through the utilization of an e-module and civic engagement-based learning at Institut Seni Indonesia Padangpanjang. The research was motivated by pre-study findings indicating low student ability to integrate citizenship values into artistic works, with 41.4% of students experiencing difficulty and 51.7% lacking understanding of these values. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation, student questionnaires, interviews, and analysis of student works and reflections. The e-module validation results indicated a very high level of validity in terms of content, media, and language, making it suitable for learning implementation. Implementation through digital social campaign projects demonstrated increased participation, creativity, collaboration, and students’ ability to connect national issues with the arts and cultural contexts. These findings reveal that the combination of the e-module as a theoretical framework and civic engagement as practical application is effective in strengthening students’ citizenship character awareness. This study contributes to the development of innovative learning models in arts higher education that contextualize national values through creative practice.
