Abstract

Learning media is one of the components in learning apart from learning objectives, materials, educators and students, methods and assessment. Good learning media is adapted to developments in science and technology. Based on these developments, learning media is needed that can attract students' attention in learning. As in learning Arabic, one type of media used is audiovisual media based on language learning videos and applications that can support the learning process. The study in this article uses a qualitative research method based on library research with data collection techniques using documentation techniques. The results of this research discuss the types of media used in Arabic language learning, namely audiovisual media and online learning videos as Arabic language learning media and their advantages and limitations, and Arabic language learning applications and the advantages and limitations of using applications as learning media. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and work facilities on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation. This study uses a quantitative method, data sources are obtained from secondary data, namely respondent data and primary data sources, namely interviews, observations and questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The population in this study were 35 teachers at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation, sampling using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated samples because the research population is relatively small. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests to determine the accuracy of the measuring instruments used in the study, then classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests are tested using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation, and incentives and work facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation.

Abstract

This study examined three variables: the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the joint effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This study sought to analyse the influence of leadership style on employee performance and the correlation between leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance. 40 employees engaged in this study. This study employed descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis for data collection. The results demonstrated that employees' leadership style and work motivation both positively and significantly affected their performance, and that the combination of leadership style and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on overall employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah tentang bagaimana pelatihan memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Bagaimana penilaian kinerja memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan dan dampak pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak pelatihan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT BGR Logistik Medan. Untuk menguji dampak sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Untuk menguji dampak pelatihan dan sistem evaluasi kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai pendekatan analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas, bahwa Penilaian Kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi, dan bahwa pelatihan dan Penilaian Kinerja secara bersama-sama memiliki dampak positif terhadap produktivitas.
