Abstract

Basically Islamic law stipulates that the share of a son's inheritance is twice that of a woman's, but the law came down to where in the classical and medieval periods the role of women in the household only revolved around the well, mattress, and kitchen. In contrast to today, where the role of women already has the same rights and obligations in running life in a family. So that contemporary scholars perform ijtihad by relating Islamic law to modern times. The purpose of this study was to find out how comparative the distribution of inheritance according to Munawir Sjadzali and M. Quraish Shihab. This research article uses the librray research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study explained the provisions for the distribution of inheritance according to the opinion of Munawir Sjadzali and Quraish Shihab according to a progressive legal perspective, looking at the development of human life itself by adjusting the division of inheritance to 1: 1 by looking at the role roles between women and men who were equal, marriage activities that were dowry in the form of money and gold turned into a set of prayer tools, is a dynamic division with the development of life In this modern-day society, the morals of humanity are put forward for human welfare and happiness in the distribution of inheritance.

Abstract

Children are a gift, trust and decoration from Allah, the Almighty Creator, for parents, as well as pride in the world and hope in life after death. Even for this purpose, sometimes married couples use various methods to have a child. However, as time goes by, some people have the view that children are a burden. So they decided not to have children (childfree). This research is aimed at digging deeper into a person's motives for choosing childfree and to find out how the Indonesian people view the ideology of childfree, which will then be analyzed using a gender justice approach. This research is qualitative research using netnography methods. In this research, researchers will look for data regarding someone's motives for choosing to be childfree using YouTube social media. Data was obtained by following the YouTube channels kick Andy and Camel.

Abstract

This study employed a mixed method to analyze learning difficulties faced by students in seventh-grade science subjects and identify factors that cause them. This study was conducted on 96 students in the first semester. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study indicated that the form of a ranking of the science material in seventh grade in the first semester from the most difficult to the easiest; Heat and Its Transfers, Temperature and Its Changes, Matter Classification and Its Changes, Classification of Living Things, Energy in Living Systems, and Scientific Objects and their Observations. While the factors that cause it are internal and external factors. Internal factors include psychological aspects such as talent, interest, and emotions; and physiological aspects like minor health problems. External factors cover the family conditions; the school environment, such as learning media and infrastructure; and the community, such as the use of social media.

Abstract

At the beginning of the pandemic, learning in the world of education in Indonesia turned becomes online learning withseveral problems felt by students and teachers, so that learning was re-implementation with face-to-face learning, so forthe first time used the blended learning model in learning. Based on that, our study explore deeply about “TheBlended Learning Model in Islamic Education Learning”. This study includes the planning, implementation, anddisadvantages and advantages of the blended learning model in Islamic Education. This Study used qualitative research method with case study type approach. This study shows that the planning of blended learning model is to form a blendedlearning teams, involving training related to the use of applications, prepare learning tools (RPP), learning materials and media, online assignments, and selections of learning application. The implementation model of blendedlearning in Islamic Education consisted of preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. Based on the result of the study, it was found that there were disadvantages dan advantages of the blended learning model inlearning Islamic Education.
