Abstract

This service activity aims to provide training in the Index Card Match and Card Sort learning methods to increase the creativity of teachers in Boleng Village. This activity is carried out in three stages, including planning, implementation (presentation of material and simulation) and discussion and evaluation. The results of interviews with teachers who took part in the training, on average, said that taking part in this training could motivate them to increase creativity so that teachers could apply it in learning to create a pleasant learning atmosphere and increase student activity in the learning process.. The results of observations also show that the teachers were very enthusiastic and active in participating in this training from start to finish. The teachers are even very fluent in simulating the application of this type of learning method to encourage enthusiasm for learning. The Index Card Match and Card Sort methods have been proven to increase teacher creativity and create a learning atmosphere that is fun and easy for students to accept and makes them more enthusiastic, active and motivated to participate in teaching and learning activities. It is hoped that all training participants can increase their creativity and carry out various innovations to create a fun and active learning atmosphere for students.

Abstract

This Preaching Strategy Training is designed to improve the skills and effectiveness of preachers in delivering religious messages in a relevant and adaptive manner amidst social change and developments. The objectives of this PkM are (1) Mastering various effective preaching techniques and methods, (2) Understanding their role as agents of change in society and playing an active role in building a better Muslim community through wise, dignified, and effective preaching, (3) Making a real contribution to educating and improving understanding of Islam in society, both on campus, in mosques, and in other social environments and (4) Preparing participants to compete in the 2025 Indosiar Action event by developing creative and effective preaching strategies. The methods used in this study are Lectures or Presentations, Group Discussions, Simulations and Role-Playing, Questions and Answers, Evaluation. The results of the study showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training so that it could provide information, knowledge, motivation to participants in developing their talents and interests in the world of da'wah, one of which was participating in the 2025 Indosiar Action audition. Our great hope, the PkM team, after carrying out this training activity, is that the participants can implement what they have learned to produce da'wah works that are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan sebuah perencanaan atau gaya yang dirancang untuk dilakukan dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Model pembelajaran kooperatif adalah sebuah model yang focus pembelajarannya melibatkan interaksi peserta didik secara kelompok. Sedangkan model pembelajaran make a match merupakan model pembelajaran yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan berpasangan untuk memahami sebuah materi yang dipelajari yang dikemas dalam suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Model ini dilakukan dengan cara peserta didik dibagi sebuah kartu oleh guru berisi pertanyaan ataupun jawaban untuk kemudian peserta didik ditugaskan untuk mencari atau menemukan pasangan yang cocok berdasarkan isi dari kartu yang dimiliki. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match sangat cocok digunakan dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Karena mengingat model ini cocok untuk diterapkan pada semua jenjang pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah atau Sekolah Dasar. Model make a match mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, dapat memotivasi semangat belajar peserta didik, memudahkan peserta didik untuk memahami materi dengan baik, serta mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan kreatifitas pada guru. Proses kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) melalui tiga tahap diantaranya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, diskusi dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini direspon baik oleh seluruh peserta pelatihan di mana guru-guru sangat semangat, antusias dan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam mengikuti proses pelatihan. Dengan kegiatan PkM ini, diharapkan peserta pelatihan dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match, dan mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang lebih kreatif, inovatif yang bervariasi dalam proses pembelajaran.
