Abstract

Cognitive radio is a technology for wireless communication networks that employ the upcoming Dynamic Spectrum Access ( DSA ) . DSA technology allows users who do not have a license called the secondary spectrum users to use the licensed spectrum that primary users while not in use. Application of DSA by secondary users to improve the spectrum utilization efficiency without disrupting or causing interference to the primary user. Later developed into a multi - user cognitive radio or cognitive radio networks use frequency spectrum together with a primary user ( PU ). Methods switch 'off' the user who gives the biggest interference to PU is the best method with the greatest increase in performance, both the capacity and the number of active SU while the combination of methods switch 'off' the user who raised the largest overall interference with the method switches 'off' user given biggest interference to the PU is an alternative method that shows the consistency of performance improvement in the number of potential users over 10 and able to dominate the entire method over another is begun saturation and decreased capacity. Abstract

Limbah B3 merupakan limbah yang mengandung bahan-bahan beracun dan berbahaya baik bagi lingkungan maupun bagi kesehatan manusia. Meskipun jumlah nya relatif kecil, namun keberadaan limbah B3 harus dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu sumber penghasil limbah B3 adalah aktivitas rumah tangga. Jenis limbah B3 yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas rumah tangga diantaranya adalah bolam lampu bekas, barang-barang elektronik bekas, kemasan-kemasan/botol minyak wangi bekas, kemasan-kemasan bekas detergen, oli bekas, pembersih lantai dan lain sebagainya. Ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang dampak dan upaya pengelolaan limbah B3 yang baik menyebabkan limbah-limbah tersebut dikelola sama halnya dengan limbah domestik lainnya. Limbah B3 yang dihasilkan sejauh ini masih dibuang dan dicampur dengan sampah rumah tangga lainnya. Limbah B3 tersebut dikumpulkan dalam tempat sampah kemudian di buang ke Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS) untuk selanjutnya dibawa ke TPA oleh petugas kebersihan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan belum adanya pengelolaan limbah B3 yang baik dan benar. Dalam jangka pangjang pengelolaan limbah B3 yang buruk dapat berdampak terhadap rusaknya lingkungan dan menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan pada masyarakat. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu di Desa Harjatani tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah B3 rumah tangga. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan di Desa Harjatani pada tanggal 20 Januari 2024 bertempat di Kantor Desa Harjatani, Kecamatan Kramatwatu Kabupaten Serang. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh sebanyak 38 ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang termasuk dalam anggota PKK Desa dan kader Kesehatan. Bentuk kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan tentang pengenalan dan tata Kelola limbah B3 dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab dan pembagian doorprice berupa tempat sampah. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang limbah B3 tergolong rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif petugas Kesehatan dan lintas sektor terkait untuk terus memberikan penyuluhan dan mengembangkan jejaring dengan Dinas Lingkungan Daerah dalam hal pengelolaan limbah B3 rumah tangga.

Abstract

Abstract A sluice gate is a supporting structure in a dam, reservoir, river, gutter or ditch which functions to regulate the control of water discharge in each flow. With good and controlled irrigation, irrigation systems and waterways from upstream to downstream can be controlled, so that the need for water in agriculture, fisheries, plantations, and industry can be met and relied on properly. The sluice gate functions to control water so that it can prevent flood water in a fast and high flow. The flowing water will lead to the river to the ocean. Therefore the author will design a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic sluice monitoring system. this system requires interrelated components, namely NodeMcu as the control center of the system as well as a wifi module and the relay module as an electrical switch to turn on or off and use the blynk application.

Abstract

Fishermen are a group of coastal communities and belong to a community that are still underdeveloped and in a marginalized position. Most fishermen live their daily lives and activities traditionally. The daily activities of fishermen and exposure to environmental factors cause fishermen to be at risk of various health problems, including dermatitis, complaints of pain in the lower back, hearing loss, visual impairment and complaints of barotrauma. This study aims to determine the description of complaints of health problems in fishermen. This research was conducted at the Port in the working area of Health Quarantine Center Region 1 of the Ministry of Health of Banten Province. The method used for data collection in this study used a descriptive approach with questionnaire instruments and interview methods. The research respondents were 96 fishermen who were taken based on the calculation of the Slovin formula. Sample determination based on accidental techniques. The results showed that more than 50% of respondents stated that they experienced health problems. Dermatitis complaints were 69.8%, Low Back Pain was 59.4%, hearing loss was 63.5%, visual impairment was 67.7%, and barotrauma complaints were 68.8%. These health complaints are felt by most fishermen and are thought to be caused by environmental factors, work positions and personal factors. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to improve and develop cooperation with related units in terms of special health checks for fishermen.

Abstract

Limited access to electricity in remote areas of Indonesia reflects complex structural issues, including geographic constraints, policy inequalities, and the low effectiveness of centralized approaches. Thousands of villages in the 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost) regions still do not enjoy reliable electricity, hampering socio-economic development and reinforcing the cycle of poverty. Although Indonesia has great potential for renewable energy—such as solar and wind—its use is still minimal due to infrastructure constraints, investment, and non-contextual development approaches. In this context, a hybrid solar-wind energy system integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology offers an efficient and sustainable decentralized solution. IoT enables real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-driven energy management, which are critical in remote areas with limited technicians and physical access. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review to examine the challenges, potential, and policy relevance in developing IoT-based renewable energy systems. The results of the analysis show that transforming energy systems in marginalized areas requires not only technological innovation, but also a paradigm shift towards inclusive energy justice. Therefore, strengthening local capacity and integrating context-based policies are key to realizing a fair, reliable and sustainable energy system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penerapan konsep green energy dalam arsitektur modern menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk menjawab tantangan krisis energi dan perubahan iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis implementasi perancangan green energy pada desain bangunan berkelanjutan, dengan studi kasus pada Banten International Stadium (BIS). Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara kepada pihak terkait. Fokus kajian mencakup efisiensi energi, pemanfaatan energi terbarukan (seperti panel surya), pengelolaan air, ventilasi alami, serta pemilihan material ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BIS telah mengadopsi beberapa prinsip desain berkelanjutan, seperti pencahayaan alami, sistem sirkulasi udara pasif, dan potensi integrasi sistem energi surya. Namun demikian, implementasinya masih memerlukan optimalisasi dalam aspek manajemen energi dan keberlanjutan operasional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan strategi green energy pada tahap perencanaan dan operasional bangunan untuk mencapai target efisiensi energi dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Provinsi Banten.
