Abstract

Nowadays, public service is no longer limited by time and space, which means anything could happen whenever and wherever. People could access a certain website and receive public service to accommodate their needs through that website. One of the criteria of good public service is how the acceptance level of public service in the public which are formed by various background, either by one with good education in IT or the ordinary one. The OSS website offers easiness for people to receive public service from the government independently. This research will try to dissect about is the interface of OSS website really capable to accommodate the needs of the people.

Abstract

Digitalization is a significant thing, where almost everyone got the ability to easily access various information. One of the mediums to access that information is something called online news site. Approaching the politicial year, every word and action that’s coming out from the mouth of the political figure surely interesting to be followed. This research objective is to aid people dissecting news using framing analysis through a news entitled “Jokowi Nods   when Asked about Cabinet Reshuffle” in the online news site, detik.com. This research is using online observation tech in collecting data which is applicated   by observing and downloading the news, then proceed with captured the screen where the news is opened. Pan and Kosicki model is the one that the researcher used. Pan and Kosicki model is an analysis approach that researcher use in this   research by applicating qualitative descriptive metode. Framing's done by dessecting in detail the object of this research based on four framing structures   of Pan and Kosicki model. Syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical are the four framing structures, although in this news graphs and tables is not available on the rhetorical structure component.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the integrated marketing communication activities carried out by PT. Prima Inti Nusa in building a positive corporate image, as well as to analyze and evaluate the supporting and inhibitingfactors in building its positive image. The theory used in this research is Marketing Communication Theory. The research method used is qualitative research with constructivism as its core paradigm. The number of informants in this study, reaching data saturation, is nine people divided into two categories: four key informants and five triangulation informants. Data collection in this study is conducted through interviews and nonparticipant observations. The results show that to build a positive image manifested through word of mouth, PT. Prima Inti Nusa uses a mix of sales promotion and personal selling. Supporting factors include the positive attitude ofthe marketing team and a mindset ofnot being easily satisfied, while inhibitingfactors include the negative attitude ofthe marketing team, a mindset of being easily satisfied, and negative issues spread by competitors
