Abstract

This article aims to study the concept and understanding of Ende traditional marriage traditions that have been carried out since their ancestors until today. Apart from that, the author tries to make a comparison between the existence of women in the Ende traditional marriage tradition and the understanding of the concept of Dasein put forward by Martin Heidegger. In this paper, the author uses the observation method, interview method, and also the literature analysis method. Apart from that, the theories used by the author are always based on the thought concepts of Martin Heidegger. This article should examine or talk in more detail about the concepts of marriage in Ende society and also the concepts of Heidegger's thinking about Dasein as a way of being in the world and involving oneself in being actively involved, living and working in the world. The existence of women in this paper is greatly influenced by cultural factors such as belis or dowry, which can then determine the existence and way of being in a man's family. Therefore, the author examines in more detail and detail in this article the concept of Dasein and women's way of being in the middle of the world or "In-der-Welt-sein". Therefore, the presence of women is seen as an embodiment of the concept of Dasein which is "Being-in" the world and is actively involved with the world itself. The presence of women is not just "there", but "there" (living together) and actively involved in life in the world.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan ikhtiar penulis untuk menganalisis makna dari Injil Yohanes 6:35 yang berbunyi, “Akulah Roti Hidup”. Makna dari perikop Kitab Suci ini diberikan secara khusus untuk umat Katolik. Penulis berpendapat bahwa makna dari Injil Yohanes 6:35 ini dapat memberikan peneguhan dan kekuatan bagi kehidupan umat manusia. “Roti Hidup” merupakan tubuh Tuhan sendiri yang dikorbankan untuk keselamatan umat Kristiani. Karena itu, umat harus menyadari bahwa roti yang disantap pada perayaan Ekaristi merupakan tubuh Tuhan sendiri yang harus dihormati dan dihayati dengan sungguh-sungguh. Tema ini sangat menarik karena saat ini banyak umat Kristiani yang belum mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan lewat perayaan Ekaristi, membaca Kitab Suci, dan kegiatan kerohanian lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu metode kepustakaan, dimana penulis mengumpulkan sumber dari berbagai literatur seperti buku dan artikel jurnal. Setelah membaca artikel ini, para pembaca terlebih khusus umat Kristiani mampu menghidupi kehadiran Yesus lewat “Roti Hidup” yang diberikan secara cuma-cuma kepada umat manusia. Jika “Roti Hidup” itu dihidupkan dan dihayati dengan baik dalam kehidupan dan karya kita di bumi, maka kita akan memperoleh kehidupan yang layak hingga kekal.
