Abstract

Warung Bakso Bandung as one of the sales businesses, one of the things that need to be considered is the level of customer satisfaction, this concerns service to customers who come to make purchases and prices that can influence consumers to make purchases. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service variables, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. To determine the effect of partial and significant service variables on customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. To determine the effect of product quality has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. To determine the effect of price variables partially affecting customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. The results of the research obtained are the results of the calculation of test F (simultaneous correlation / together), it can be said that the variables of service (X1), product quality (X2) and price (X3) together (simultaneously) are able to show their influence on customer satisfaction. Service variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Product quality variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Price variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important thing in business place satisfaction becauseif customers feel dissatisfied it will make consumers disloyal to that place ofbusiness. The writing of this final assignment uses five dimensions which includethe dimensions of direct evidence (tangibility), reliability, responsiveness,assurance and empathy to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with theservice at the Risca Plastic Shop. The problems that occur in this business placeare regarding customer satisfaction in the aspects of cleanliness and tidiness, thelocation of the business place and employees in providing orders according toconsumer wishes. This can be seen from the interview results which show that thereare still respondents who feel quite satisfied. The author suggests that businessowners pay more attention to the cleanliness of their business premises by creatinga special warehouse to store supplies and making signboards to make it easier forconsumers to find their business premises. And create a policy to increaseemployees so they don't ask questions when handling their work.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Buying Decision

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the main priority in this research because the level of competition is increasingly fierce among grocery stores. One way to create consumer satisfaction in grocery stores is to improve product quality and pricing strategies. If the grocery store provides good quality products and sets appropriate prices, consumers will feel satisfied. With a feeling of satisfaction, consumers will come back to the grocery store. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and price variables on consumer satisfaction at the Rizka grocery store in Tenggarong, both simultaneously and partially. The sample used in this research was 78 people and the analytical tool used for this research was multiple linear regression using SPSS 26 software. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) Product Quality and Price have a significant effect simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction, (2) Product Quality has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, (3) Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.
