Abstract

The attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new that is very valuable and useful for oneself and others is a form of entrepreneurship. The Role of entrepreneurship learning, higher education is intended to be able to form students who have an entrepreneurial mentality, in which there is a spirit of never giving up, good at seeing opportunities, brave to take risks, creative and innovative, apart from that, it can produce graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, and are even able to create jobs. This research aims to determine the growth of students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute students who have taken entrepreneurship courses using a sample of 56 students as respondents. The method used is quantitative in the form of a survey. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online in the form of a Google Form with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the study found that entrepreneurship learning plays a role in fostering student entrepreneurship interest. The research implications emphasize the importance of a holistic entrepreneurial learning approach and practical experience in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. This highlights the active role that educational institutions can play in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs and innovate.

Abstract

Zakat harta (zakat maal) merupakan harta yang dimiliki oleh muzaki perseorangan atau badan usaha yang wajib diberikan kepada orang-orang tertentu setelah mencapai jumlah minimal tertentu dan setelah dimiliki selama jangka tertentu minimal satu tahun. Zakat profesi adalah zakat atas penghasilan sebagai imbalan dari pekerjaan atau jasa yang telah dilakukan yaitu: (1) Jenis usaha yang halal, (2) Menghasilkan uang yang relatif banyak, (3) Diperoleh dengan cara yang mudah, (4) Melalui suatu keahlian tertentu. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian metode deskriptif analisis kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara penulis menggambarkan permasalahan dengan didasarkan data-data yang ada kemudian di analisis lebih lanjut untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan memilih informan yang memenuhi kriteria diantaranya Pengawai BAZNAS yang menangani Zakat Profesi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa teknik yaitu Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitianya (a) Strategi Pengelolaan Zakat Profesi Di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Musirawas Utara. melakukan kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti pemerintah daerah, perusahaan dan masyarakat. Selanjutnya strategi yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pengumpulan zakat BAZNAS Kabupaten Musirawas Utara membentuk UPZ dan Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ). (b) Bagaimanakah distribusi zakat profesi di Di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Musirawas Utara. Cara yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Musirawas Utara dalam distribusi zakat profesi diantaranya: petugas BAZNAS dapat menyerahkan langsung kepada pihak yang berhak menerimanya. Zakat profesi yang diberikan kebanyakan dalam bentuk uang tunai hal ini dikarenakan dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan usaha sehingga dapat merubah perekonomian yang menerima.

Abstract

Da'wah bil maal means the activity of calling on people to have other people's rights in the property they own. The rights of other people such as the needy and poor, building mosques, building hospitals, educational institutions, humanitarian institutions. Qualitative descriptive research means that the study focuses on problem with the existing data, analyzes the data and draws conclusion at the end. The sample was chosen by purpossive sampling method by selecting informants who met the criteria, including preachers, BAZNAS leaders, BAZNAS employees and the community. Observation, interviews and documentation were used to collect the data. Meanwhile, trigulation is used to analyze the data;data reduction, data display and verification or draw conclusions.The research result showed that BAZNAS bil maal da'wah are aimed at the citizen interest is both building religious facilities and building educational institutions. Preaching by inviting people to give wealth (zakat, infaq, alms). The concept of this activity emphasizes the wealth used. BAZNAS bil maal da'wah is the spearhead for alleviating poverty. BAZNAS Lubuklinggau City in alleviating poverty can be seen from the strategy for collecting and distributing funds. BAZNAS fund collection carries out various innovations, collaborating with all parties (government, BUMN, entrepreneurs). Meanwhile, the distribution of zakat funds must be launched so that it is effective, efficient and on target. In distributing funds, BAZNAS has programs, namely economic programs, education programs, health programs, da'wah programs and humanitarian programs. The obstacles faced by BAZNAS Lubuklinggau City in alleviating poverty are limited operational funds, public awareness in paying zakat, public awareness in using zakat funds, the society has has strustless on Zakat institutions, zakat administrators still do not understand zakat governance.
