Abstract:. The purpose of this research is the formation of students who have character and personality traits with a foundation of faith and devotion as well as strong moral values â€‹â€‹or manners that are reflected in the overall attitude and behavior of everyday life and then give patterns to the formation of national character. Among the missions, namely combining aspects of teaching, practice, learning activities to read Al-Quran, followed by habituation of practicing worship together at home, visiting and paying attention to the surrounding environment and the application of values â€‹â€‹and moral norms in daily behavior. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study concluded that the management of TPA Ihsaan Unit 023 Dempo Lubuklinggau Timur II used learning and evaluation methods. The supporting factor is the existence of an environment that supports both the school and community environment, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of support from some parents of students, the many challenges from outside such as tv and games, the lack of available learning media such as teaching aids, pictures, books and Islamic magazine, the minimum salary for teachers so that teachers cannot focus too much on the activities of students or students. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya sosok anak didik yang memiliki karakter watak dan kepribadian dengan landasan iman dan ketaqwaan serta nilai akhlak atau budi pekerti yang kokoh dan tercermin dalam keseluruhan sikap dan perilaku sehari-hari dan selanjutnya memberi corak bagi pembentukan watak bangsa. Adapun diantara misinya yaitu memadukan aspek pengajaran, pengamalan, bahwa kegiatan belajar membaca Al-Quran, diikuti dengan pembiasaan pengamalan ibadah bersama dirumah, kunjungan dan memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar serta penerapan nilai dan norma akhlak dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa manajemen TPA Ihsaan Unit 023 Kelurahan Dempo Lubuklinggau Timur II menggunakan metode pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya lingkungan yang mendukung baik lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya dukungan dari sebagian orang tua santri, banyaknya tantangan dari luar seperti tv dan game, kurang tersedianya media belajar seperti alat-alat peraga, gambar, buku -buku dan majalah islami, minimnya gaji bagi guru sehingga guru tidak bisa terlalu fokus dalam kegiatan-kegiatan anak didik atau santri.

This study aims to determine "Management of Hajj and Umrah Services in Increasing Congregational Satisfaction at Agents of PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia, Musi Rawas Regencyâ€ Service is the main key in a Hajj and Umrah travel service bureau. Pilgrims satisfaction is the starting point for measuring the success and success of a travel agency agent to be given a good or bad label. The form of service starts from planning, budgeting, implementation and evaluation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the study, there is a management of hajj and umrah services at the agent of PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia from services in promotion, registration, rituals and departures as well as the implementation of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia. Supporting factors that support the service are work motivation, giving rewards, many taklim assemblies, good signal connections, and good infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are the shortage of staff and human resources, unstable dollar exchange rate and inadequate infrastructure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui â€œManajemen Pelayanan Haji dan Umrah Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Jamaah di Agen PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia Kabupaten Musi Rawasâ€. Pelayanan merupakan kunci pokok pada sebuah biro jasa travel haji dan umrah. Kepuasan jamaah menjadi titik awal untuk mengukur keberhasilan dan kesuksesan dari sebuah agen biro travel untuk diberikan label baik atau buruk. Bentuk pelayanan dimulai dari planning, budget, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptif Kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat manajemen pelayanan haji dan umrah di Agen PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia dari pelayanan dalam promosi, pendaftaran, manasik dan pemberangkatan serta pelaksanaan haji dan umrah di Arab Saudi. Faktor pendukung yang menunjang pelayanan adalah Motivasi kerja, pemberian Reward, Banyak majelis Taklim, koneksi signal yang baik, dan infrastruktur yang baik. Faktor penghambat adalah kekurangan jumlah dan SDM pegawai, kurs dolar yang tidak stabil dan sarana prasarana yang belum cukup.

The purpose of education is essential to form a complete human being, especially as a divine-human being. This study aims to determine the habits of students in the formation of their religious character. The method used in this research is quantitative in the form of a survey. The data collection technique was carried out using an online questionnaire in the form of a Google Form which was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. Sources of data are students of grade 3 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) State Preparation (PN) Rupit, Musi Rawas Utara as many as 25 students. The results of the study revealed that the application of school culture was emphasized on Islamic culture and its religious character was instilled through school culture, some children had implemented their religious culture at school such as reading the Koran, maintaining cleanliness, praying before and after studying, respect for teachers, and tolerance. This research is unique because it has never been done before at MI PN Rupit. The contribution of research can provide understanding for other schools that want to implement a school culture based on religious character, provide references for other researchers who want to conduct research related to the religious character of students formed through school culture.

This study aims to determine the use of Student Worksheets (LKS) as a social media learning medium for material knowing the historical heritage of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam in the fifth grade of Bingin Teluk State Elementary School (SDN). The method used in this research is a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The data collection technique was carried out using an online questionnaire in the form of a Google Form which was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The data source is the fifth-grade students of SDN Bingin Teluk as many as 25 students. The results of the study revealed that students enjoy learning to use Student Worksheets, students regularly open or read Student Worksheets at home, Hindu, Buddhist, and Islamic materials are easy to understand using Student Worksheets, students are not lazy to read Student Worksheets when studying in class, students discuss together with friends. my seat. This research is new because it has never been done before at SDN Bingin Teluk. The contribution of research can provide understanding for other schools that want to use Student Worksheets as a learning medium, provide references for other researchers who want to conduct research related to the use of Student Worksheets as a learning medium that is used by students and teachers.

The leadership style of the principal in his capacity as a leader will determine the success of improving the performance of teachers under his leadership. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on (1) the principal’s leadership style, (2) the implementation of the principal’s leadership style, and (3) the constraints faced by the principal in improving teacher performance in schools. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study shows that (1) the principal applies a situational leadership style in influencing his subordinates by seeing and understanding the background of each of his subordinates in making policies. (2) Implementation of the principal’s leadership style in influencing teacher performance, namely instructive, consultative, participatory, and delegative (3) the obstacles faced by school principals are the teacher’s ability to use “computer” technology, the lack of variation in the selection of learning methods carried out by school principal’s different teacher and subordinate background conditions.

The attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new that is very valuable and useful for oneself and others is a form of entrepreneurship. The Role of entrepreneurship learning, higher education is intended to be able to form students who have an entrepreneurial mentality, in which there is a spirit of never giving up, good at seeing opportunities, brave to take risks, creative and innovative, apart from that, it can produce graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, and are even able to create jobs. This research aims to determine the growth of students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute students who have taken entrepreneurship courses using a sample of 56 students as respondents. The method used is quantitative in the form of a survey. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online in the form of a Google Form with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the study found that entrepreneurship learning plays a role in fostering student entrepreneurship interest. The research implications emphasize the importance of a holistic entrepreneurial learning approach and practical experience in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. This highlights the active role that educational institutions can play in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs and innovate.

This study aims to analyze the model of the Main Waste Bank in Palembang from the perspective of syariah economics and the potential for community empowerment. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. This study identifies three main models in waste bank management: management, financing, and empowerment models. The findings show that the management model of the Bank Sampah in Palembang is operating well, but it needs continuous evaluation and improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The financing model still relies on community and government funds, highlighting the need for innovation in finding more sustainable financing sources. Meanwhile, the potential for community empowerment through the Bank Sampah is significant, yet it has not been fully maximized. Therefore, more structured and sustainable empowerment programs are necessary. This study recommends enhancing collaboration between the public and private sectors, applying syariah economic principles in financing, and developing more inclusive empowerment programs. The implications of these findings are expected to improve the sustainability and social-economic impact of the Waste Bank in Palembang.

ABSTRAK Rejection to Land Procurement activities for public interest purposes are complex issues that require an in-depth understanding from both Islamic law (fiqh) and Indonesian legislative perspectives. This study aims to identify the reasons for land rights holders' Rejection to Land Procurement and analyze the approaches used in fiqh and national law to address these Rejection. A qualitative method with a literature study approach was used in this research. Data collected includes primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials relevant to Land Procurement issues and the rights of landholders. The study results indicate that, in Islamic fiqh, there is no standardized rule governing Rejection to Land Procurement; however, the principle of maslahat (benefit) serves as a primary basis for considering public interest without neglecting landholders' rights. On the other hand, Indonesian Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest provides detailed procedures for handling Rejection, including provisions on compensation and legal recourse. In conclusion, fiqh offers greater flexibility based on government policy to balance individual rights with public interest, whereas Indonesian law is more structured in its regulatory resolutions. The novelty of this study lies in its comparative analysis between the normative fiqh approach and the positive law approach in Indonesia. This study recommends the integration of the maslahat principle within national legal practices to achieve fair resolutions and enhance awareness regarding land rights and obligations in the Land Procurement process.
