Abstract

In today's economy, every business, whether it's a jasa or a non-jasa one, is working hard to help new or long-term customers. To that end, it is necessary to carry out modifications, improvements, and expansions in a variety of areas in order to improve the quality of a company's operations and achieve its goals, particularly in the food service industry. Restaurants require evaluation in order to enhance sales and meet the projected aim. This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction with the management of services provided by Sinjay Duck Restaurant. The method that researchers use in this study is qualitative descriptive, where this method is an overview in the field of the level of customer satisfaction through service management using in-depth interviews. The data used are primary data and secondary data. From the results of this research analysis, it can be concluded that in the restaurant business to develop a good service management then pay more attention to what is requested by consumers such as being on time, fast and responsive in service, and understanding complaints experienced by consumers so that employees can serve well and optimally.

Abstract

The role of women in general is to manage matters related to the household, serve the needs of their husbands and take care of children, but with the development of the times, many women decide to work, compared to the situation of women in the eighties where they just stayed at home taking care of the house. stairs, women are considered not to be able to work as well as men. Working women is a common thing in today's modern era, with this women can develop their potential. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of housewives in Maneron Village, Sepulu District, in improving the economic welfare of the family. The results of this study show that the role of housewives in the family in Maneron Village is not only based on the assumption that women only end up in the kitchen and take care of the family but also have a role in helping and improving the family's economic standard.

Abstract

The challenge of MSMEs to survive after Covid-19 is increasingly hard. Industry 4.0 has been taking over several jobs of human being. Even though, the MSMEs that survive and develop their business and adapt with technology and online platform is able to gain the attention of customer. The online platform for selling a product or service is currently in high demand due to ease of use and ease of payment. Therefore, company should provide best quality product, best service quality, and catchy promotion to gain the attention of consumer or customer. Moreover, there are few of study that investigate the WOM and service quality on purchase intention since service quality is investigating customer satisfaction in common while WOM is directly investigate it relationship with purchase intention. Therefore, this study is aimed to investigate the relationship of service quality and word of mouth on purchase decision partially and simultaneously. The method employs in this study is quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The data of this study is primary data which obtained from the respondents directly through questionnaire. The result of this study partially, service quality has a positive significant relationship on purchase decision as well as WOM has a positive significant relationship on purchase decision. Meanwhile, simultaneously, service quality and WOM has a positive significant impact on purchase decision with level of relationship about 54.6%.

Abstract

One of the variables influencing MSME revenue is capital. Capital, working hours, and length of business are thought to influence the income of street vendors in Kombangan village, Geger subdistrict, according to this study. The purpose of this study is to identify the elements that influence the revenue level of street vendors in Kombangan village, Geger subdistrict. The study methods utilized include quantitative methods, The research population comprised all street vendors in Kombangan village, Geger sub-district, Bangkalan district, and the sample size was 30 street vendors. In this study, the free variables are capital, hours of work, and length of job, while the bound variable is income. The instrument in this study is a lift. Data analysis used is validity test, rehabilitation test, double linear regression analysis, normality test T test, F test, determination coefficient analysis. The results of the research show that partly capital and working hours have no influence on income; while long business influence income variables; Capital, Working Hours, and Business Length all have a beneficial impact on the income of street vendors in Kembangan village, Geger sub-district, Bangkalan district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how factors such as managerial style and length of working day affect morale at Salon Aviqa Rumah Cantik. The study used a quantitative approach, sampling 50 workers from the larger population of all those who work at Salon Aviqa Rumah Cantik. A questionnaire served as the method of information gathering. The research results suggest that the leadership style variable (X1) does not impact staff morale since both Ho and Ha accept it. tcount > ttable, or -0.290 > 2.011, and the sig value is 0.05 0.773. Therefore the conclusion holds. We may conclude that Ho is false since both the calculated tvalue (2.324 > 2.011) and the significance value (sig) of 0.05 are larger than the ttable and the significance threshold set at 0.005, respectively. Ha, the competing hypothesis is accepted. This demonstrates that employee morale is greatly affected by the variable Working Hours (X2). The data suggests that the Fcount value is higher (4.942) than the ftable value (3.20). This demonstrates, at the 0.05 significance level, that leadership style and working hours positively impact the observed variables. The preceding ftest findings suggest that the interaction between leadership style and working hours significantly affects the dependent variables at the 0.05 significance level.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai seberapa efektif layanan Bus Trans Jatim sebagai sarana transportasi umum di Kabupaten Bangkalan, dengan menekankan pengalaman dan pandangan pengguna sehari-hari. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data lewat wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami secara menyeluruh berbagai aspek layanan seperti kenyamanan, keamanan, ketepatan waktu, dan aksesibilitas. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bus Trans Jatim memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan mobilitas masyarakat Bangkalan, terutama dalam menghubungkan daerah dengan pusat ekonomi dan pemerintahan di Surabaya. Meski demikian, ada beberapa masalah seperti fasilitas yang masih kurang memadai, kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai layanan ini, dan lokasi halte yang belum ideal, yang berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan dan frekuensi penggunaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, perbaikan dalam sosialisasi, serta penguatan integrasi layanan untuk menambah efektivitas dan daya tarik Bus Trans Jatim sebagai pilihan transportasi publik yang layak, nyaman, aman, dan terjangkau di Kabupaten Bangkalan.

Abstract

Media sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun terkadang ketersediaannya kurang dilain pihak peserta didik dituntuk pintar dalam menggunakan komputer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peerencanaan pengunaan media komputer, pemanfaatan komputer serta kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan tehnik observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi,perencanaan, pemanfaatan.
