Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Duko Tambin butuh pemasukan lain selain dari hasil panen padi, misalnya dengan membentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan dalam pengemasan minuman jamu kunyit menjadi siap saji di Desa Duko Tambin Kecamatan Tragah Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha mitra; 2) meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang perencanaan bisnis dan manajemen usaha; 3) meningkatkan kemampuan SDM dalam teknik produksi dan pemasaran; serta 4) mengembangkan jejaring kewirausahaan masyarakat petani untuk menopang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diantaranya adalah: 1) dapat memproduksi jamu kunyit dalam kemasan plastik yang menarik dan higienis 2) dapat memproduksi jamu kunyit instan dengan kemasan yang menarik. Metode pelaksanaan program yang akan dilakukan adalah: (1) Penyuluhan Pembentukan Paguyuban Kewirausahaan, (2) Pelatihan produksi, (3) pelatihan administrasi dan (4) pendampingan. Semua metode ini merupakan satu kesatuan dari program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat.

Abstract

The business world is now starting to compete globally to gain customer satisfaction. Seeing the current developments, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of productive business owned by individuals or business entities engaged in the scope of trading activities that have different characteristics. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Household Industry Food Certificate (P-IRT) in increasing consumer confidence and its role in expanding market circulation. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of MSME actors and local consumers. In conclusion, the P-IRT Certificate is said to be effective in increasing the competitiveness of MSME products in local and regional markets. However, the uniqueness of taste is also a consideration for consumers to buy products besides paying attention to products labeled P-IRT.

Abstract

Pengelolaan media dapat berjalan dengan baik dan efesian maka diperlukan sarana dan prasaran. Fasilitas yang lengkap tentu dapat meningkatkan mutu peserta didik jika digunakan sebaik mungkin. Terutama penggunaan media komputer maka diperlukan peran dari sekolah terutama bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam pemanfaatannya. Media sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun terkadang ketersediaannya kurang dilain pihak peserta didik dituntuk pintar dalam menggunakan komputer. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik mengambil permasalahan ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis ini mengkaji pengelolaan media komputer dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi kelas XI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peerencanaan pengunaan media komputer, pemanfaatan komputer serta kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan tehnik observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan pengunaan media komputer yang menentukan tujuanm keterpaduan, keadaan peserta didik, ketersediaan media komputer dan biaya. Pemanfaatan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan minat peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Kendala dalam media komputer yaitu faktor eksternal berupa sarana prasarana yang belum memadai, sedangkan faktor internal adalah kurangnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam menggunakan media komputer.

Abstract

Digital transformation in payment systems is an important strategy in driving the efficiency of economic transactions, especially in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. One of the payment system innovations that is growing rapidly in Indonesia is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which is implemented by Bank Indonesia to unify various digital payment systems into one national standard. This study aims to analyze the implementation of QRIS in payment transactions for Coffee Shop business actors in Bangkalan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to five Coffee Shop business actors in Bangkalan who use QRIS as their main payment method. The results of the study show that the use of QRIS provides significant benefits such as ease of transactions, time efficiency, increased turnover, and transaction security. However, there are obstacles faced by business actors such as technical disruptions, dependence on a stable internet connection, and lack of technical education for business actors and consumers. This study recommends increasing digital literacy education, strengthening internet infrastructure, and technical support from the government and payment system service providers to support the optimization of QRIS implementation in the MSME sector, especially in the Coffee Shop industry.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing use of Fintech E-Wallets among Generation Z university students, which facilitates financial transactions but also has the potential to encourage consumptive behavior, especially when not accompanied by adequate self-control. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Fintech E-Wallet and Self-Control on the consumptive behavior of students in Bangkalan Regency. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 students from three universities, selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Fintech E-Wallet has a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior (significance value = 0.001), while Self-Control has a negative and significant influence on consumptive behavior (significance value = 0.003). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect consumptive behavior (significance value = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that the ease of digital access through e-wallets can increase the consumptive tendencies of students, but this can be mitigated through strong self-control, indicating the importance of awareness in managing finances wisely.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akhlak mahmudah (akhlak terpuji) pada siswa Sanggar Kubu Gajah, Selangor–Malaysia, melalui penggunaan media edukasi interaktif Kincir Akhlak. Media ini dirancang sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, kontekstual, dan sesuai dengan usia anak-anak, khususnya anak-anak Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) di komunitas buruh migran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi media, serta evaluasi melalui observasi dan angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa media Kincir Akhlak mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dan pemahaman mereka terhadap nilai-nilai akhlak seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan saling menghargai. Program ini juga memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di komunitas serupa di negara lain, dengan dukungan dari lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah. Dengan demikian, media edukatif seperti ini menjadi sarana penting dalam pembinaan karakter anak-anak Indonesia di luar negeri. Kata Kunci : Media Edukasi, Akhlak Mahmudah, Siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the methods used by UD. ANA PALU, a trading company involved in the distribution of food and drinks, to reduce the quantity of accounts receivable that cannot be collected. This study used a case study methodology in conjunction with a qualitative approach. Techniques for gathering data included recordkeeping, interviews, and observation. The results of the study show that the primary reasons for uncollectible receivables are customers' malice in not making payments, payment delays brought on by an increase in rivals, and a lack of committed staff to manage receivables. The control strategies implemented include setting a maximum credit limit, tightening the payment deadline, and selectively approving customers eligible for credit. Although these strategies have successfully reduced the percentage of uncollectible receivables over time, further improvements are still needed. This study recommends strengthening credit policies, utilizing automatic payment reminder systems, and collaborating with financial institutions to mitigate payment failure risks.

Abstract

The role of women in general is to manage matters related to the household, serve the needs of their husbands and take care of children, but with the development of the times, many women decide to work, compared to the situation of women in the eighties where they just stayed at home taking care of the house. stairs, women are considered not to be able to work as well as men. Working women is a common thing in today's modern era, with this women can develop their potential. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of housewives in Maneron Village, Sepulu District, in improving the economic welfare of the family. The results of this study show that the role of housewives in the family in Maneron Village is not only based on the assumption that women only end up in the kitchen and take care of the family but also have a role in helping and improving the family's economic standard.
