Abstract

The density of motorized vehicles, especially motorcycles on the highway, is getting higher. However, in line with the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, it has an impact on the decrease in the number of motorized vehicles on the highway. The density of motorcycles has a significant effect on noise, from all analysis calculations, the largest equation is obtained on the fourth day of the study, the second point (Sound Level Meter 2), with a contribution of 32.42%. Obtained the calculation below, y = 63.36 + 0.002x1. This equation means that if there is no decrease in motorcycle density, the noise level in SLM2 is 63.36 dBA. If there is a motorcycle density also has a significant effect on noise. The second largest equation was obtained on the third day of research at the third point (Sound Level Meter 3) with a contribution of 36.21% based on the equation calculation below, y = 60.24 + 0.001x1. The meaning of the above equation is that if there is an increase in the density of the motorcycle, the noise in the SLM3 is 60.24 dBA. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, Indonesia is also getting its effects, especially the very large Bogor district. The rapid spread of Covid-19 has changed the pattern of life for the people of Bogor, especially students who initially go to school every morning, now go to school and study online.

Abstract

Abstrak. Manusia diciptakan untuk mengatur alam semesta ini dengan cara menjaga dan melestarikan keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup sehingga kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup adalah suatu hal yang perlu dilakukan. Demikian juga dengan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan pada Kantor Telecenter PT. X di Kabupaten Tangerang. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah menilai kualitas rona lingkungan awal dan memprediksi dampak yang akan terjadi serta merumuskan upaya-upaya meminimalisir dampak pada setiap tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan pelingkupan. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah rona lingkungan awal pada lokasi kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan dari segi komponen kualitas udara ambien, kebisingan dan kualitas air tanah berada dalam kategori baik. Secara umum upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif yang terjadi pada setiap kegiatan Pembangunan Kantor Telecenter PT. X di Tangerang dapat dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan sosial dengan masyarakat, melaksanakan kegiatan konstruksi hanya di siang hari, memprioritaskan masyarakat lokal sebagai tenaga kerja, optimalisasi penghijauan dalam lingkungan dan ruang terbuka hijau serta pengelolaan sampah yang baik serta fasilitas kebersihan yang lengkap agar tidak terjadi gangguan terhadap kesehatan masyarakat.Study Of Environmental Impact on The Construction of PT. X In TangerangAbstract.Humans were created to manage this universe by protecting and preserving the sustainability of the environment so that caring for the environment is something that needs to be done. Likewise with preserving the environment at the Telecenter Office of PT. X in Tangerang Regency. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of the initial environmental baseline and predict the impacts that will occur as well as formulate efforts to minimize the impact at each stage of the activities carried out. The method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method. The result of this study is that the initial environmental baseline at the study location shows that the environmental quality in terms of the components of ambient air quality, noise and groundwater quality are in the good category. In general, the efforts made to minimize the negative impacts that occur in every activity of PT. X in Tangerang can be carried out by means of a social approach with the community, carrying out construction activities only during the day, prioritizing local communities as workers, optimizing greenery in the environment and green open spaces as well as good waste management and complete cleaning facilities to prevent disturbance to public health.
