Abstract

The Effect of Dosage of Za Fertilizer on The Initial Growth of Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) Variety PS 80-148. Sugarcane is one of the important ingredients in the process of making sugar in Indonesia. The initial growth of sugarcane plants is the beginning and subsequent development, therefore by providing fertilizers that match the needs of the plants can increase the productivity of sugarcane plants. In sugarcane cultivation, ZA is the fertilizer that must be applied because it does not have an impact on reducing sugar levels (yield), in contrast to just giving urea fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ZA dosing on the early growth of sugarcane plants. This research was carried out in the field using a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of one factor repeated four times. ZA fertilizer dose treatment factor: B0 = Without giving ZA, B1 = Giving a dose of 150 Kg ZA / Ha, B2 = Giving a dose of 300 Kg ZA / Ha, B3 = Giving a dose of 450 Kg ZA / Ha, B4 = Giving a dose of 600 Kg ZA / Ha, and B5 = Giving a dose of 750 Kg ZA / Ha. ZA fertilizer dose of 600 kg / ha showed the best treatment for the percentage of shoot growth, which was 76.25%, plant height was 53.00 cm, number of leaves was 14.12 strands. Then the dose of ZA fertilizer 600 kg / ha showed the best treatment for the number of tillers, namely 7.43 stems, stem diameter of 15.82 cm.

Abstract

Abstract The health information system is an important part of a health system. PKU Muhammadiyah is a health service unit for the Kanigoro, Kras and surrounding areas. The purpose of this research is to analyze the information system that is run in PKU Muhammadiyah. Qualitative research methods with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach were used as the method in this research. Data collection was carried out using detailed interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the health information system contained in PKU has not been realized as expected, this is due to the recording and reporting processes that are still carried out manually. low security and lack of data integration, and the results of the information are not yet similar to the requirements for making decisions. Keywords: Health Information System, Muhammadiyah Clinic, Service Abstrak Sistem informasi kesehatan menjadi bagian penting pada sebuah sistem kesehatan. PKU Muhammadiyah merupakan unit pelayanan kesehatan untuk lingkup wilayah Kanigoro, Kras dan sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis sistem informasi yang dijalankan di PKU Muhammadiyah. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dipakai sebagai metode dalam penelitian tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui wawancara secara detail serta observasi langsung. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kesehatan yang terdapat di PKU belum terealisasi sesuai harapan, hal ini disebabkan oleh proses pencatatan serta pelaporan yang masih dilaksanakan manual. rendahnya pengamanan dan belum terdapatnya integrasi data, dan hasil informasi belum serupa dengan keperluan dalam pengambilan ketetapan. Abstract

Abstract The world is currently undergoing a transformation, namely the revolution in public services. To overcome this, an idea was issued in digital form using the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, automation, robotics, cloud, to artificial intelligence. This transformation is experienced not only in the private sector, but also in government organizations. The method used in this journal is a qualitative method. This article has the aim of explaining how public service innovation at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tulungagung Regency in facing the digital era in PLHUT and PTSP, SISKOHAT (Integrated Hajj Computerized Information System) and SIMPEL (Electronic Service Management Information System) are forms of IT-based public service innovation implemented at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tulungagung Regency in facing the digital era. Keywords: Innovation, Public Service, one stop integrated service Abstrak Dunia pada saat ini sedang mengalami sebuah transformasi, yaitu revolusi jasa pelayanan publik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka keluarlah sebuah ide dalam bentuk digital dengan menggunakan Internet of Things (IoT), big data, otomasi, robotika, cloud, sampai artificial intelligence. transformasi tersebut dialami bukan saja di sektor swasta, melainkan terjadi juga di organisasi pemerintah. Metode yang dipakai pada jurnal ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Artikel ini mempunyai tujuan menjelaskan bagaimana inovasi pelayanan publik di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam menghadapi era digital di PLHUT dan PTSP, SISKOHAT (Sistem Informasi Komputerisasi Haji Terpadu) dan SIMPEL (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Elektronik) adalah bentuk inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis IT yang dilaksanakan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam menghadapi era digital.
