Abstract

This article aims to determine how to increase community participation strategies in the development of Madrasah Diniyah Fathul Ulum in Kedungbanteng Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. This study method uses a descriptive method, because it is carried out by describing and identifying strategies used to increase community participation in the development of Madrasah Diniyah Fathul Ulum. The results of this study are that strategies to increase community participation include various forms of participation, such as participation in thoughts, energy, and expertise, as well as resource support and roles in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating education programs. The conclusion of this study is that increasing community participation makes a significant contribution to the development of Madrasah Diniyah Fathul Ulum.

Abstract

Tahfiz Quran assistance at the RA Qurán Al Ghozali institution, which, as an Islamic-based kindergarten, strives to instill Islamic character in real life to students. In this effort, the school holds a Tahfiz Extracurricular program; through this activity, the school has a strategy and has the goal of forming an Islamic character in this sophisticated era. The school is optimistic about the activities that have been running for several years to improve and strive for the formation of students' Islamic character. The assistance of Tahfiz Qur'an in building the character of students in RA Qur'an Al Ghozali Sukorejo Village using the Asset-based community development (ABCD) method is considered the right approach to the above problems. This is because ABCD is an approach in community development that is in a large stream of seeking the realization of a social life order where the community is the actor and determinant of development efforts in their environment or what is often called Community-Driven Development (CDD). Community development efforts must be carried out from the beginning by placing humans in a position to know what strengths they have and all the potential assets they have that have the potential to be utilized. Only by knowing the strengths and assets will it be hoped that humans will know and be excited to be involved as actors and, therefore, have the initiative in all efforts to improve. By knowing the strengths and assets owned and having a change agenda that is formulated together, the sustainability of a program to improve the quality of life is expected to be realized. Through the ABCD approach, community members are facilitated to formulate an agenda for change that they consider important. The habituation of the Tahfiz Qur'an in RA Qur'an Al Ghozali Sukorejo Village can foster discipline, increase devotion to children, control emotions, and improve children's cognitive development. The Qur'an tahfiz program can foster good character and prepare children to become a generation that is in accordance with the sunnah and the Qur'an.

Abstract

Most of the residents of Sidoharjo village work as home industry businesses. The problem that exists in these places is that they are only able to market their products in the surrounding environment. This is what makes the business very long and difficult to grow and become big. The purpose of this research is to create products that can be accepted by consumers in accordance with targeted marketing strategies and to develop businesses on a larger scale. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Implementation is carried out by providing assistance in marketing and promoting home industry business products. As for the results obtained from the assistance, which was initially only in the environment, now it has spread widely to other regions. So in conclusion, in training activities for developing a home industry marketing strategy is being able to understand insights about marketing strategies, have skills in marketing a home industry product and how to make products that are currently acceptable in the market so that products are able to compete in terms of quality and marketing.

Abstract

This article is motivated by a lack of ability in learning Arabic, both writing and others. This assistance aims to guide children in learning Arabic at the elementary level in particular. The object or target in this assistance is TPA children consisting of kindergarten to elementary/MI. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). In carrying out this assistance, namely with a learning assistance model that is carried out for 1 month. The material provided includes Vocabulary, Arabic Rules, Kitabah, Qiro'ah, Javanese Pegon Arabic, and other Religious Materials. The result of this assistance is Improving Children's Ability in Arabic Learning Proficiency Through Providing Materials for Introducing Arabic to Elementary Level Religious Materials. As well as the role and importance of this assistance activity, it received a very positive response from the TPA, because this assistance is in accordance with the needs of children and they are very enthusiastic. It can be concluded that there are efforts in Assistance activities at TPQ to develop and improve Children's abilities in Arabic Language Mastery both Writing and Reading Ability.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a lack of students' skills in operating arithmetic, most of them were not fast and precise in helping to multiply numbers. Based on these problems the authors conducted research by learning arithmetic using the fingers.This study intends to improve students' multiplication numeracy skills in Baskara training, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District. This learning assistance uses the jarimatics method. The results of this study indicate that the application of the jarimatics method can improve students' numeracy skills. Students look active and happy when applying the jarimatics method. Data collection in this study used the ABCD (Asset-based community development) data method. The test results showed that the majority of students had good multiplication arithmetic skills. In addition, there are two criteria for the effectiveness of learning methods that are fulfilled. First, the improvement and difference between initial understanding and after learning. Both can increase the interest and motivation of students who have difficulty calculating multiplication.

Abstract

This article explains the pattern of ablution practice which is a problem for many children at TPQ Al Husnan, Sidoharjo Village. Assistance in the practice of ablution is very important to teach, because ablution is a method of purification and is also a valid requirement for prayer. This assistance aims to teach children to understand more about how to do ablution properly and correctly. The object or target in this assistance is the children of TPQ Al-Husnan, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung Ponorogo sub-district. The method used in this mentoring activity is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). In carrying out this assistance, which is carried out every one week 2 times for one month. This mentoring activity is carried out because most children understand ablution only from theory, while in practice most of them are not suitable so that this problem really requires attention, namely in the form of learning assistance that remembers more about the importance of ablution for us Muslims. The result of this assistance is that children understand more about how to do ablution properly and correctly, as can be seen from the difference between the children's ablution before receiving assistance and afterwards, which is much better. This mentoring activity received a warm response from Asatidzat as well as the guardians of TPQ Al-Husnan students as well as in the implementation the children were very active and enthusiastic about participating in learning activities so that they showed a change for the better from the previous practice of ablution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the syllable method and to explain how to use the syllable method to improve students' reading skills in Pulung Village, especially in Krajan, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. In this mentoring-based research, the authors used the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. According to Munawar Ahmad, Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) is an approach model in community development, besides this research uses an advocacy approach (assistance) with the type of case study research based on data collected from research results. The data is used to describe the implementation of learning to read using the syllable method. It aims to see the effectiveness, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the syllable method.The results of the study can be concluded that the syllable method can improve the reading ability of children in the hamlet. Krajan, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. This can be seen from the increase in students' reading skills.

Abstract

The purpose of baskara tutoring in community service activities (KPM) is to improve student learning outcomes, at the elementary school level, in completing addition, subtraction, and multiplication operations using the Jarimatics method. In accompanying this activity the author uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. The ABCD method is the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach, which is a paradigm in community service, the principle of the ABCD approach is that everything leads to the context of understanding and internalizing assets, their potential, strength, and utilization independently and optimally. The result of this community service is to motivate children to learn mathematics during the school holidays, because they can learn while playing so that mathematics can be more fun. In addition to filling school holidays, this learning assistance activity is also to minimize children's use of gadgets or cellphones. Activities are carried out at night after the evening prayer, ending before the evening call to prayer.
