Abstract

The ability to speak students through YouTube is important to consider certain aspects that affect the quality of communication. Analysis of students' speaking skills through YouTube media can also be a foundation for developing more effective learning strategies in academic environments. The research method used in this study is qualitative research method. The source of data in this study is 24 videos uploaded via youtube by students as a follow-up to the assignment of warament courses. With the results obtained that YouTube media is enough to contribute to warament courses for students. Although for students who are not used to speaking in front of the camera, they are quite difficult in pronouncing a sentence, but in the end they become motivated by preparing mentally, the text contains information that will be conveyed in the video.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of intercultural communication on the adaptation of new students at Politeknik Negeri Medan. As students from diverse backgrounds come together, their ability to communicate effectively across cultures becomes critical for successful adaptation. The study uses a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews, to explore the ways in which intercultural communication affects students' social and academic adaptation processes. Findings indicate that effective intercultural communication plays a significant role in promoting smoother adaptation, reducing cultural shock, and fostering inclusivity. The research contributes to understanding the role of communication skills in multicultural educational settings, providing insights for policy development to support incoming students.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has driven companies to seek more effective strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. This article examines the synergy between artificial intelligence, strategic location determination, and digital marketing in supporting the performance of digital supply chains. This multidimensional approach demonstrates that integrating cutting-edge technologies with precise location strategies and data-driven marketing can create superior customer experiences and more efficient operational costs. This study is based on a literature review of ten recent related studies. Moreover, it highlights consumer behavior shifts due to the digitalization and globalization of supply chains.

Abstract

Nonlinear and fractional-order differential equations frequently arise in viscoelastic and biological systems; however, their solution remains challenging due to the presence of nonlocal operators, memory effects, and complex boundary conditions. Classical integral transforms, including the Laplace and Fourier transforms, often have limitations in addressing these features effectively. This study presents a robust hybrid methodology that combines the Mahgoub Transform with the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) to solve nonlinear and fractional-order ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The proposed approach was systematically applied to linear, nonlinear, and fractional-order ODEs to evaluate its convergence, accuracy, and capacity to handle memory-dependent effects. The findings demonstrate that the Mahgoub–VIM method achieves rapid convergence, high accuracy, and improved performance compared with traditional transforms such as the Sumudu Transform. These results indicate that the proposed method provides a reliable and efficient analytical framework for modeling complex viscoelastic and biological phenomena governed by nonlinear and fractional-order dynamics. This study contributes to the advancement of integral transform-based solution methods and offers practical implications for the mathematical modeling of systems characterized by memory-dependent behavior and nonlinear responses.
