Abstract

Stress akademik ini adalah kondisi yang biasa terjadi pada individu yang masih menempuh pendidikan, biasanya diakibatkan oleh beratnya beban tuntutan akademik, kondisi ini kerap kali terjadi pada para siswa siswi sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Jika dibiarkan hal ini dapat mengganggu proses belajar pada siswa, maka kasus ini harus ditangani, salah satu bentuk penanganannya adalah dengan melakukan konseling kelompok. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yang mengkaji mengenai peran konseling kelompok terhadap penurunan stress akademik siswa SMA. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang diambil dari penelitian terdahulu yang membahas fenomena yang terkait dan diambil serta dikaji 10 jurnal yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Maka dari proses pengkajian tersebut didapati hasil bahwa konseling kelompok berperan terhadap penurunan stres akademik pada siswa SMA. Teknik yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam penanganan adalah konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik instruksi diri, konseling acceptance and commitment, konseling kelompok kombinasi, teknik relaksasi akademik, konseling kelompok self control, pendekatan rational emotive behavior therapy kelompok, teknik self instruction, serta teknik assertive training.

Abstract

This article is a review of Noviyana Prasati's research on Intervention in patients with Schizophrenia with Auditory Hallucinations who are treated in 2023. Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder when a person has difficulty thinking causing hallucinations. Schizophrenia can be cured but it takes a long time with the support of family, people around and education. Hallucinations are caused by a change in the perception of a person due to a stimulus that actually does not exist or something that actually does not happen. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods and the author uses the literature review method. The result of this study is that the patient experiences auditory hallucinations caused by a small patient who has broken home and the patient fails to marry.

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder characterized by barriers to communication and social interaction as well as repetitive behavior and limited interests. In adulthood, individuals who experience this disorder have difficulty carrying out reciprocal interactions, understanding communication signals and initiating social interactions, thus hampering personal, academic and work functions. However, this was broken by one person with autism who succeeded in obtaining a bachelor's degree from a university. The purpose of this writing is to increase knowledge about autism and hopefully provide motivation for readers. The method used in this research is a literature study which is a written summary that includes articles from journals, books and other documents that define theories and provide information about the past and present to be organized based on topics and documents required.
