Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine the influence of the halal label on cosmetic purchasing decisions within the STIE Nusa Megarkencana Yogyakarta employee environment. This research variable uses three variables, namely two independent variables, namely; Halal Label (X1) and Product Quality (X2) and Purchasing Decisions as independent variables (Y). The population in this research is STIENUS students, especially the class of 2023/2024 as consumers who buy halal certified cosmetic products. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and a research sample of 50 respondents was obtained. The method used is a quantitative research method. Based on the results of this research, the Halal Label and Product Quality variables are the variables that have a dominant influence on the cosmetic purchase decision variable for consumers at STIE Nusa Megarkencana Yogyakarta. It is proven by the descriptive results that halal labels have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. From the results of the F test it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the halal label and product quality on purchasing decisions. The results obtained were a coefficient of determination or (R2) of 18%. This means that 18% of the variation in changes in the ups and downs of purchasing decisions is due to the halal label variable. and product quality, while the remaining 82% is caused by other factors not analyzed in this research Keywords: halal, product quality, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Consumer purchase intention is related to word of mouth along with the increasing brand image of the company. Brand image is a brand that is based on the good and bad of the brand that consumers remember. This study aims to: (1) Analyze the influence of word of mouth on Purchase Intention and (2) Analyze how word of mouth (wom) influences Purchase Intention with brand image as a moderating variable. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. With a research sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses MRA analysis. The results of the study show that (1) word of mouth has a positive effect on consumer Purchase Intention with a calculated t value = 10.927> t table = 1.987 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that if the word of mouth variable increases, the purchasing decision will increase. (2) Brand image moderates the influence of word of mouth on consumer purchase interest with a regression coefficient value of the moderation variable (Word of Mouth*Brand image) of 0.588 with a positive value with a significance value of 0.032 < α (0.05).

Abstract

The Village Fund is allocated by the central government to every village in Indonesia with the aim of equitable development, improving village infrastructure and improving the welfare of village communities. Village funds are public funds that are used for the benefit of the general public. The management and use of village funds must be carried out based on the principles of accountability, transparency, and involve the community from budget preparation to reports that must be accountable to the public or the general public. The management of the Village Fund that is accountable, transparent, and has community involvement is an obligation for the village government, so that it is hoped that the objectives of the Village Fund will be achieved, namely to realize the welfare of the village community. Community involvement in the management of the Village Fund can also support the success of development. This study aims to examine the effect of Village Fund management on the welfare of village communities in Bantul Regency. The study used primary data collected from community respondents in village areas in Bantul Regency. The results of this study are accountability and community participation in using village funds affect the welfare of village communities. However, transparency in the use of village funds has no effect on the welfare of village communities.

Abstract

Teknologi di bidang keuangan telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap proses pembangunan suatu negara, khususnya di bidang Financial Technology (Fintech). Penggunaan fintech telah meningkat secara signifikan di Jakarta, Indonesia, dengan peningkatan adopsi fintech sebesar 50% antara tahun 2020 dan 2021. Maraknya metode pembayaran digital, seperti e-wallet dan dompet digital, juga berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan fintech. Penggunaan uang elektronik juga meningkat pada tahun 2023, dengan Bank Indonesia melaporkan peningkatan jumlah transaksi menggunakan uang elektronik sebesar 5% pada tahun 2023. Pertumbuhan pasar online seperti Beli Sekarang, Bayar Nanti (BNPL), juga meningkat. berdampak pada sektor keuangan. Platform Shopee dan Gojek menjadi platform populer bagi konsumen untuk menggunakan layanan paylate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari masyarakat yang tinggal di Kota Yogyakarta dan memanfaatkan layanan Shopee Paylater. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 83 responden. Pengolahan data SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengendalian diri (self control) dan sikap keuangan (financial attitude) memiliki dampak positif terhadap perilaku keuangan (financial behavior) dalam penggunaan layanan beli sekarang bayar nanti (buy now pay later)

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta is one of Indonesia's leading tourist destinations, encouraging the growth of various creative economic sectors, including the souvenir and local craft industries. One community initiative that emerged from this opportunity is the Wanita Sejahtera Batik Group in Muja Muju, Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta. Established in 2023, the group aims to achieve economic empowerment for housewives through traditional batik production, including hand-drawn and stamped batik. However, the group faces several challenges, especially limited access to modern equipment, design innovation, and appropriate technology—factors that hinder the competitiveness of their products in both local and global markets. To address these challenges, capacity building is essential through the implementation of appropriate technology, such as replacing kerosene stoves with electric stoves and using electric canting tools, enabling more efficient and higher-quality production. Additionally, creative design training and product diversification with a focus on sustainability are crucial strategies. One notable innovation is the use of recycled cardboard waste as batik stamping tools, which not only supports environmental sustainability but also adds aesthetic and creative value to the products as part of eco-friendly goods. This innovation strengthens the group's position within the creative economy sector and aligns with market demands that increasingly prioritize sustainable and high-quality products. Through the integration of technological innovation, skill development, and eco-conscious approaches, the Wanita Sejahtera Batik Group has the potential to transform into a highly competitive business player, both nationally and internationally.

Abstract

Pengendalian internal merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam perusahaan, karena apabila terjadi pengelolaan yang kurang tepat akan menyebabkan kerugian yang besar untuk perusahaan. Untuk menghindari kemungkinan terjadinya penyimpangan maka diperlukan sistem pengendalian internal yang dapat membantu manajemen dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasi perusahaan khususnya pada lingkungan pengendalian, penilaian risiko, kegiatan pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi, dan pengawasan dalam aktivitas operasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen berdasarkan standar operasional prosedur perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan sistem pengendalian internal pada PT. SISFOMEDIKA Yogyakarta. Alat analisis menggunakan kerangka COSO, metode analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT.SISFOMEDIKA Yogyakarta sudah menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal dengan baik . secara keseluruhan baik dari aktivitas lingkungan pengendalian, penaksiran risiko, kegiatan pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi, serta pengawasan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Sistem pengendalian internalnya sudah memadai dan berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Anggaran Dasar (AD) dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (ART) yang ada pada PT.SISFOMEDIKA Yogyakarta dapat membantu manajemen dalam menyusun perencanaan yang efektif serta membantu proses pengendalian dan pengawasan atas penyimpangan perencanaan yang terjadi, seperti operasional yang tidak sesuai standar dan kesalahan prosedur kerja.
