Abstract

. Education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), including in the Sunan Ampel II Maron madrasah ibtidaiyah institution, has undergone a significant transformation along with the development of the digital era. This research aims to investigate the transformation process of routine activities at MI Sunan Ampel II Maron towards technology-based learning with a comprehensive renewal approach. The main focus of this research is to analyze the implementation of technology in the context of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) learning, including aspects such as changes in teaching paradigms, learning methods, and curriculum development. The research methodology involves surveys, interviews and observations to gain an in-depth understanding of the transformation dynamics taking place. The application of technology is expected to not only increase learners' learning motivation but also advance their digital literacy. The research also explores the role of teachers and education staff in adapting to change, as well as efforts to improve their digital skills. These reforms are geared towards creating a learning environment that is responsive, creative and relevant to the demands of a digital society. The results of the study are expected to provide in-depth insights to education stakeholders, including governments, policy makers, teachers and parents, on the full potential and complexity of transforming the routine activities of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. can be formulated that support the smooth implementation of technology-based learning in MI.

Abstract

. This study aims to explore the process of student character building through extracurricular programs at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sunan Ampel II Maron Kulon using a qualitative approach focusing on the role of the mentor teacher and its impact on student character development, especially in the aspects of ethics, social responsibility, and leadership. The research method involved in-depth interviews with supervising teachers, participatory observation in extracurricular activities, and document analysis related to extracurricular programs and the values instilled. The results showed that the extracurricular program at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sunan Ampel II Maron Kulon has a significant role in student character building. Supervising teachers play a key role in guiding students in developing values such as honesty, cooperation, and social care through extracurricular activities. In addition, it was identified that students' participation in extracurricular programs strengthens these values through direct experience and practical learning. This research underscores the importance of integrating character education in extracurricular activities as an effective means of shaping student character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sunan Ampel II Maron Kulon.

Abstract

The Qur'anic Sidogiri Method is an integrated approach to Qur'anic learning that has gained widespread attention in the world of Islamic education. This article explores the implementation of the Qur'anic Sidogiri Method and its impact at Pondok Pesantren Lubbul Labib Al-Qusyairi on improving the ability to read the Qur'an. In relevant text excerpts, K.H. Abdul Ghofur, a prominent scholar at Pesantren Sidogiri, explains that this method is not only about accurate tajweed, but also about guiding santri to feel the meaning and values contained in the Qur'ān. This holistic approach is supported by rigorous tajweed teaching, contextual understanding, and application of Qur'anic values in daily life. This article concludes that the implementation of the Qur'anic Sidogiri Method at Pondok Pesantren Lubbul Labib Al-Qusyairi provides a solid foundation for santri to read the Qur'an well and understand the sacred messages contained therein, in accordance with the vision of Sidogiri pesantren to create a generation of Muslims who are deep in the understanding and application of the Qur'an in their lives.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of WRAP (Writing Assistance via Prompting) technique in improving writing skills among university students. The WRAP technique, which utilizes the help of writing prompts to facilitate the writing process, has been identified as a potential tool to effectively improve writing skills. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand university students' experiences and perceptions of this technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of participants' writing documents. The results showed that the WRAP technique can improve students' creativity, confidence, and writing structure. Participants reported improved abilities in organizing ideas and overcoming writer's block. In addition, the technique also facilitated constructive feedback, allowing students to develop writing skills iteratively. The findings suggest that the integration of the WRAP technique in the writing curriculum can provide significant benefits to the development of students' academic writing skills. This study concludes that the use of the WRAP technique as a pedagogical tool needs to be further considered to support writing learning at the higher education level.

Abstract

The establishment of a Sustainable Organizational Culture is a major concern in an increasingly complex and sustainable business era. This study analyzes the implementation of environmental values in human resource management practices as an effort to create a sustainable organizational culture. Through in-depth case studies of organizations that integrate environmental values in their human resource management processes, this study aims to explore the impact of these changes on the overall organizational culture. The research method involved interviews with key stakeholders, direct observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study highlighted the challenges and opportunities organizations face in adopting environmental values in their human resource management practices. It was found that the integration of environmental values not only increases environmental awareness among employees, but also forms the foundation for a sustainability-focused organizational culture. This research provides an in-depth insight into how organizations can achieve sustainability through the integration of environmental values in human resource management. Practical implications and strategic recommendations are outlined to assist organizational leaders and human resource practitioners in guiding cultural transformation towards sustainability in this changing era.

Abstract

Transformasi manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam era digital merupakan respons terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi yang cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi digital diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi berbagai strategi transformasi yang telah diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital, seperti sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan, platform pembelajaran online, dan media sosial, telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, aksesibilitas pendidikan, dan interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Namun, adaptasi yang sukses memerlukan peningkatan kompetensi digital bagi manajer pendidikan dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang etika Islam dalam penggunaan teknologi. Transformasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan Islam yang holistik dalam era yang semakin terhubung secara digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to explain the limitations of management of facilities and infrastructure to support student learning motivation at the MA Raudlatul Istiqomah Suko Maron educational institution. Limited facilities and infrastructure can actually have a negative impact on student learning motivation. However, in some cases, these limitations can give rise to factors that encourage student learning motivation. As is the case at the MA Raudlatul Istiqomah educational institution, limitations as a challenge, students can see it as a challenge to remain enthusiastic and try harder in learning. They may feel compelled to overcome obstacles and achieve despite the limited facilities available. Creativity and Innovation Limited facilities and infrastructure often trigger students to become more creative and innovative in their learning approaches. They may seek alternative ways to access resources, utilize available technology, or collaborate with peers to overcome limitations. This process can increase their motivation to learn and achieve their goals. When resources are limited, students may appreciate and make better use of existing resources. They may feel more motivated to make efficient use of available time and facilities, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of their learning. Limited facilities and infrastructure can encourage students to work together and collaborate in overcoming obstacles. They may help each other, share knowledge, or support each other in achieving learning goals. This solidarity and collaboration can increase students' learning motivation because they feel supported and involved in the learning community. However, it is important to remember that limited facilities and infrastructure are generally considered an obstacle to achieving optimal learning quality. The availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure is an important factor in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating students as a whole. Therefore, efforts must be made to improve and expand educational facilities and infrastructure in order to increase student motivation and quality of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the transformational leadership role of madrasah heads in improving the performance of School Based Management (SBM)-based teachers in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo. School Based Management (SBM) is considered an effective approach to improve the quality of education by giving principals and teachers authority in resource management and decision making. The focus of this research is on how the head of the as a transformational leader can have a positive impact on teacher performance through the implementation of School Based Management (SBM). The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo which has successfully implemented transformational leadership based on school based management (SBM). Data was collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah heads, teachers, and heads of IGRA (Ikatan Guru Raudlatul Athfal)  Kecamatan Maron.  The results of research in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo show that transformational leadership of madrasah heads has an important role in improving teacher performance. Through inspiration, motivation, and the development of a shared vision, the head of the madrasah encourages teachers to actively participate in the decision-making and implementation of School Based Management (SBM). In addition, effective communication, coaching, and self-development are also key elements of  successful transformational leadership. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for the development of more effective education policies and leadership training in madrassas.
