Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi semakin berkembang dengan cepat dan telah menjangkau setiap aspek kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana sistem E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat berperan sebagai inovasi untuk meningkatkan layanan publik bagi penduduk di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui telaah literatur dari buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Dari literatur tersebut, terungkap bahwa penggunaan aplikasi E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan. Salah satu keunggulannya adalah proses pembayaran PKB yang menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan akurat. Sementara itu, salah satu kelemahannya adalah ketidakmerataan jaringan internet dan kurangnya sosialisasi di kalangan masyarakat mengenai prosedur dan cara penggunaan aplikasi ini, sehingga tidak semua warga Sumatera Utara memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk membayar pajak

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on adaptation, to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population consists of active employees of PT Pertamina Lubricants (PTPL) Sales I Region SUMBAGUT, with a total sample of 50 respondents taken through total sampling at PTPL Sales Region I SUMBAGUT in 2024. Data analysis was performed using single tables, cross tables, t-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results showed Interpersonal Communication Strategies resulted in four strategies: 1). SO (Strength-Opportunity) Strategy by enhancing interactive communication between employees and supervisors to utilize supervisors who openly accept employee feedback, 2). ST (Strength-Threat) Strategy by developing interactive communication to overcome difficulties in discussing work issues with supervisors, 3). WO (Weakness-Opportunity) Strategy by improving communication among employees by leveraging supervisors who openly accept feedback, and 4). WT (Weakness-Threat) Strategy by developing two-way communication to overcome difficulties in speaking and obtaining support from supervisors.

Abstract

Technological advances are growing rapidly and have reached every aspect of human life. This research aims to investigate how the E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat system acts as an innovation to improve public services for residents in the province of North Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through literature review from books and scientific journals. From the literature, it was revealed that the use of the E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat application has advantages and disadvantages. One of the advantages is that the PKB payment process becomes easier, faster, and more accurate. Meanwhile, one of the weaknesses is the unevenness of the internet network and the lack of socialization among the community regarding procedures and how to use this application, so not all North Sumatra residents have the ability to use the application to pay taxes.
