Abstract

The empowerment of women in enhancing economic participation and self-reliance aims to actively engage women in economic activities, improve their access to resources, and business opportunities. Focusing on enhancing skills and understanding of digital marketing, this empowerment initiative is expected to create a positive impact on the overall economic growth and autonomy of women in Pasirbatang Village. This endeavor is based on issues highlighted by the Village Head, indicating that some widows in Pasirbatang Village are less productive due to unemployment, facing difficulties in meeting their basic needs. The implemented steps include observation, socialization, counseling, and training, including hands-on processing of Sacha Inchi beans. Empowering women by utilizing local resources in Pasirbatang Village aims to enhance their economic and social autonomy. The outcomes of the women empowerment program in Pasirbatang Village are part of the Ecotourism initiative to boost the community's economy. One unique aspect of Pasirbatang Village is the Sacha Inchi beans, which have numerous benefits but have not been fully utilized in high-value processed products. Sacha Inchi plants cultivated around the proposed tourist area are a rare find in several locations. The identified potentials can be collaboratively harnessed to achieve empowerment goals. The women empowerment program in Pasirbatang Village has progressed smoothly, marked by increased motivation and creativity among widows utilizing local resources, such as Sacha Inchi beans. Community empowerment is carried out participatively, involving the village community in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of development initiatives.

Abstract

The Sustainable Food Home Area (KRPL) is a form of optimizing the use of yards which is carried out through efforts to empower women to optimize their yards so that they can experience the benefits of yards as a source of family food. With this, an area can be created that is rich in sources of food needs that can be produced by every woman in the household from the results of optimizing the yard. The approach taken in this program is carried out through the development of sustainable agriculture, by establishing a nursery from a small area of land by prioritizing local resources so as to maintain sustainability. In Indonesia itself, there is quite a large yard area, reaching 10.3 Ha or around 14% of the entire agricultural area. To overcome this, the government issued a policy in regulation Number 17 of 2015 concerning Food Security and Nutrition in Article 26 which states that one of the efforts to diversify food is through the use of yard land. The importance of the government in creating food diversity in meeting community needs in accordance with local potential to create a prosperous community life. Therefore, currently many village governments are holding KRPL implementation programs in their areas.

Abstract

Sukahurip Village, especially Cikujangbeet Hamlet, is one of the hamlets whose area is larger in forests and plantations compared to the community's residential area. For their livelihood, of course the majority are rice and vegetable farmers. In this year's agricultural unit program we are focusing on empowering women in Cikujangbeet Hamlet, namely by strengthening the Mekar Binangkit Women's Farming Group (KWT). One of the activities of the Mekar Binangkit Women's Farmers Group (KWT) is implementing the Sustainable Food House program, however this program is not sustainable. It would be a shame if the program was not continued because we feel that the Women Farmers Group (KWT) has great potential in developing the Sustainable Food House (RPL) program, especially for those who already have knowledge from previous experience. The aim of continuing the Sustainable Food House program is to utilize the land around the house to support the sustainability of family food security through organic planting of vegetables, fruit and other food crops.

Abstract

Anti-corruption education needs to be introduced to village officials so that the seeds of corrupt values do not emerge. This value cultivation must be done consistently and continuously because a person's personality is not formed instantly, but through a process. Corruption cases do not only occur in the central government, but many also occur at the village level with various causal factors. There are also external influences that can cause corruption at the village level, such as pressure from certain parties, unclear policies, and legal loopholes that can be utilized by individuals. One of the most vital issues at the village government level is funding and time. Corruption of village funds committed by village heads has a negative impact on society as it can hamper development, as well as undermine good governance, and adversely affect village development and community welfare. Therefore, serious efforts are needed to prevent and eradicate corruption committed by village officials through optimizing the anti-corruption concept in Sukahurip village. The method used is descriptive qualitative method where information is obtained from interviews and in-depth observations. With the optimization of the anti-corruption concept, it is expected to minimize corruption cases in Sukahurip Village.
