Abstract

Educational technology literacy is a system that is used to support learning. In the service carried out, the educational technology used in its implementation is administrative tools and learning media. Children's development is influenced by their creativity capacity, which allows them to express their thoughts and discover new things so that they can think creatively, provide a good stimulus for children and can increase their creativity. Their development is influenced by all aspects in their environment such as family, playmates and even technology and information that develops in their time. This service is carried out for character direction in children regarding educational technology that can be used in learning, as well as the introduction of positive impacts and negative impacts of technology. The method of implementation is carried out by determining the location of the activity, determining the procedure of the activity, determining the time of implementation, implementing the activity and evaluating the activity to find the results of the service, namely children can practice how to do learning by using learning media, and can mention what are the negative and positive impacts of educational technology, and can know what to do if there is social deviation caused by technology

Abstract

Pelatihan digital marketing semakin relevan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan pemasaran masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman pemasaran produk peserta pada pelatihan digital marketing di Desa Kertabumi Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Responden adalah 30 masyarakat Desa Kertabumi yang mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 90% responden merasa pelatihan sangat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman pemasaran. Sebanyak 83,3% merasakan peningkatan penjualan produk setelah menerapkan teknik digital marketing. Selain itu, 80% responden merasa lebih percaya diri dalam memasarkan produk secara digital, sedangkan 76,7% menyatakan bahwa digital marketing membantu menarik pelanggan secara lebih efektif. Peningkatan ini dikaitkan dengan penguasaan teknik promosi melalui media sosial, platform e-commerce, serta strategi konten yang menarik. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam mengelola pemasaran digital. Namun, beberapa kendala seperti literasi teknologi yang rendah dan akses internet yang terbatas perlu diatasi melalui pendampingan lanjutan. Program pelatihan serupa disarankan untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas guna mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan dan meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pelatihan digital marketing efektif meningkatkan pemahaman pemasaran produk masyarakat pedesaan. Sebagian besar peserta merasakan manfaat langsung dalam peningkatan pemahaman, kepercayaan diri, dan daya jangkau pasar melalui pemasaran digital.Kata kunci: pelatihan digital marketing, pemasaran produk,UMKM Abstract Digital marketing training has become increasingly relevant as an effort to enhance marketing knowledge in rural communities. This study aims to analyze participants' understanding of product marketing through digital marketing training in Kertabumi Village, Ciamis Regency. This quantitative research used a survey method with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical techniques. The respondents consisted of 30 residents of Kertabumi Village who participated in the training. The results showed that 90% of the respondents felt the training significantly improved their marketing understanding. Additionally, 83.3% experienced increased product sales after applying digital marketing techniques. Furthermore, 80% of respondents felt more confident in marketing products digitally, while 76.7% stated that digital marketing effectively helped attract customers. This improvement is attributed to mastery of promotional techniques through social media, e-commerce platforms, and engaging content strategies. This study revealed that digital marketing training has a significant impact on rural communities' ability to manage digital marketing. However, challenges such as low technological literacy and limited internet access need to be addressed through further mentoring. Similar training programs are recommended to be implemented more broadly to support rural community empowerment and improve the local economy. The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing training effectively enhances product marketing understanding in rural communities. Most participants experienced direct benefits in terms of improved understanding, confidence, and market reach through digital marketing.Keyword: digital marketing training, product marketing, UMKM

Abstract

The Kita Mengabdi Sumsel Community is a community founded on September 24, 2020 online. This community has a vision and mission to develop remote areas in the South Sumatra region. Initially, the Kita Mengabdi Sumsel community was only founded by three administrators, until now this community has 23 members consisting of various professions and regions of origin. What makes this community unique and different from other communities is that the Kita Mengabdi Sumsel community only consists of administrators and does not have members in it. In addition, this community stands online so that in its implementation, as well as meetings, it also runs online so sometimes it causes some problems internally.
