Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on the effectiveness of PT PLN (Persero) employees. The research method used is a quantitative correlational method. The sample was selected using the incidental sampling technique with 100 employees as respondents. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form. The analysis method used is the multiple statistical analysis method. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. It can be concluded that if work discipline and work environment increase, work effectiveness will also increase.

Abstract

This study was conducted to help PT XYZ reduce its distribution costs, which have been considered relatively high. PT XYZ is a mung bean distribution company based in Bekasi. In this research, two approaches were applied: first, determining a new strategic warehouse location using the Center of Gravity method, and second, optimizing delivery routes using the Saving Matrix method. The analysis showed that relocating the warehouse to a new location (in the Jakamulya area, Bekasi City) would actually increase the total distribution distance by 101.9 km, from 284.19 km to 386.1 km. Consequently, the distribution cost would rise from IDR 5,100,140 to IDR 5,581,600, an increase of IDR 481,460. This indicates that the current warehouse location remains more efficient than the proposed new one. However, by optimizing the delivery route using the Saving Matrix method, significant cost savings were achieved. Operational costs were reduced from IDR 2,712,340 to IDR 1,756,830, resulting in a cost reduction of 35.26%. This shows that even without relocating the warehouse, efficiency can still be achieved through route optimization. In conclusion, the Center of Gravity method is less suitable for PT XYZ's case as it increases costs, where as the Saving Matrix method proves to be effective in significantly reducing distribution expenses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at Mitsutama Technology Cikarang Utara. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from information that already exists in the company that supports this research and comes from previous research such as books, journals, articles, and the like. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the census sampling method, namely all members of the population totaling 40 employees are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with Smart PLS software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Thus it can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Plus Attaqwa 12 Bekasi Utara. Kinerja guru menjadi aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, sehingga peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin, pemberi motivasi, serta penggerak kedisiplinan sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 40 guru sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kepemimpinan situasional yang fleksibel, pemberian motivasi, serta penerapan disiplin kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam dunia Pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample sensus dimana jumlah sampel sebesar 60 responden. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT X. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengolahan data serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan kemajuan atau tidaknya suatu organisasi terletak pada kualitas sumber daya manusianya, Untuk memenuhi tuntutan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, organisasi membutuhkan pekerja dengan etos kerja yang kuat yang dapat mendukung bisnis dan mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Etos Kerja karyawan pada PT ASR. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT ASR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 103 karyawan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi kerja dan Disiplin kerja, variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Etos kerja karyawan. Pada penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh postif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap etoskerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Iklan, Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap penjualan melalui marketplace. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelelitian ini yaitu konsumen pada PT Tera Data Indonusa TBK. Penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple systematic Sampling dengan perhitungan rumus slovin yaitu didapatkan 100 orang konsumen. Data analisis menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji r-square, uji q- square dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penjualan sebesar 62.5%. Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap penjualan sebesar 73%. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan sebesar 89% dan sisanya sebesar 36,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out factors that influencing employee’s change readiness especially in Banking industry. The method used for this study is systematic literature review (SLR) using articles obtained from international journals indexed in Scopus Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 .This study finds that factors influencing employees’ change readiness in Banking industry are: affective commitment, employees' positive perceptions of training programs, perceived competence, perceived autonomy, perceived relatedness, codification strategy, and personalization strategy, Islamic work ethics, organizational commitment, Human Resource Competency 4.0, soft skill training, individual characteristics, transformational leadership, employee commitment to change and transformational entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to build a hypothesis for further research, namely to formulate: a) impact from transformational leadership to employee engagement; b) impact from transformational leadership to employee performance; c) impact from empowerment to employee engagement; d) impact from empowerment to employee performance; e) impact from employee engagement to employee performance. The research method used is literature review by studying previous research which  examine the impact of transformational leadership, empowerment on employee engagement and performance. From this systematic literature review study, it is concluded that hypotheses can be formulated for further research are: a) H1: there is positive impact from transformational leadership to employee engagement; b) H2: there is positive impact from transformational leadership to employee performance; c) H3: there is positive impact from empowerment to employee engagement; d) H4: there is positive impact from empowerment to employee performance; e) H5: there is positive impact from employee engagement to employee performance.
