Abstract

This research was conducted on Aqua consumers in Sukajadi District, Bandung City. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which brand image and brand awareness influence purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses descriptive and associative methods. The unit of analysis in this research is individuals, namely Aqua consumers in Sukajadi District, Bandung City, with a sample of 97 respondents. The sampling technique is based on certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, as well as testing the validity and reliability of research instruments. The research results show that brand image and brand awareness influence purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Brand image has an influence of 14.8% on purchasing decisions, while brand awareness has an influence of 22.3%. Overall, brand image and brand awareness have an influence of 37.1% on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Indonesia, dengan kekayaan kulinernya yang tersebar di berbagai pulau, termasuk Kalimantan, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan produk pangan berbasis lokal. Salah satu makanan fermentasi tradisional yaitu mandai yang berasal dari kulit dalam (mesokarp) cempedak (Artocarpus champeden). Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh metode high temperature canning (HTC) terhadap produk fermentasi, umur simpan, dan kandungan gizi oseng mandai ready to eat (RTE). Metode yang dilakukan yaitu mandai difermentasi dengan larutan garam 2%-6% selama 6 hari; kemudian dilakukan pengolahan; pengujian organoleptik; penentuan formulasi terbaik; pengalengan; sterilisasi menggunakan autoclave suhu 121°C selama 20 menit; uji mutu kimia dan umur simpan. Hasil menunjukkan oseng mandai dengan fermentasi menggunakan garam 6% memiliki skor sensorik tertinggi dari uji hedonik dan mutu hedonik. Pengalengan oseng mandai dengan metode HTC dapat mematikan patogen dan memperpanjang umur simpan. Perubahan kadar abu menjadi 10%, pH 4,40, lemak 51,70%, air 7,32%, karbohidrat 22,98%, dan protein 8%. Produk ini memiliki umur simpan 24 hari dengan karakteristik warna coklat kemerahan, aroma mandai dan bumbu bawang, tekstur lembut, serta rasa gurih sedikit asam.

Abstract

Telepharmacy is one of pharmaceutical service that is currently growing and widely used by community and healthcare facility in the digital era. To ensure the quality, it should meet the dimensions of healthcare service quality. According to WHO, the dimensions of healthcare service quality include effective, efficient, timely, people-centered, equitable, and safe. However, instruments to assess the quality of telepharmacy services are still very limited. This study aims to develop a PTFKP questionnaire to evaluate the quality of telepharmacy services based on WHO quality health services from the perspective of patient satisfaction. Content validation was conducted in two stages by three experts consisting of academicians and community pharmacists. Face validity, construct validity, and reliability testing were conducted on 30 respondents who met the criteria of being over 18 years old and having used telepharmacy services in the last 2 years. Content validity testing showed an I-CVI value of 0.71 (first round) and 1.00 (second round). In construct validity testing using the CITC (corrected item-total correlation) method, 10 questions did not meet the requirements initially. After revision, the r value for each question met the criteria, ranging from r= 0.378-0.857 (rtable = 0.361). Reliability testing using the internal consistency method showed a Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.805-0.900 for each dimension of service quality. The number of valid and reliable questions was 5 for each dimension of effective, efficient, people-centered, and safe, and 4 for each dimension of timely and equity. The questionnaire meets the validity and reliability requirements to be used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee yang berada di Perum Alam Sanggar Indah Kab. Bandung Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi unit analisisnya adalah individu yaitu pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Perum Alam Sanggar Indah Kab. Bandung Barat. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan atau kriteria tertentu merupakan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, selain itu juga dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reabilitas instrument penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada variabel eksogen (harga dan promosi) terhadap variabel endogen (keputusan pembelian). Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 42,7%, sedangkan pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 19,2%. Pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 61,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at Mitsutama Technology Cikarang Utara. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from information that already exists in the company that supports this research and comes from previous research such as books, journals, articles, and the like. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the census sampling method, namely all members of the population totaling 40 employees are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with Smart PLS software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Thus it can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both directly and indirectly.
