Abstract

Teluk Pucung is a sub-district located in North Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a high population density, especially for housing, public facilities and infrastructure, and only a small amount a little gardening. Because of this, this community service activity aims to build community independence so that it can develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurial programs to increase family income. So, it is hoped that the growth of entrepreneurial independence through the application of hydroponic agriculture can be maximally applied, besides that they can independently provide for foodstuffs from agriculture and economically can be used as a productive economic business on a household scale considering the strategic position of Bekasi City which is directly adjacent to the Jakarta city. This is of course so that the existence of a prosperous community life in a city that functions as a residential city is a residential city which is the existence of green open space. This method of community service activities uses lectures or outreach, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and entrepreneurial development. The learning method is used to transfer the knowledge and skills possessed by the resource person to community members. This training involves lecturers at the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi University in collaboration with the community members of Kel. Teluk Pucung. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Family Income and Hydroponic Socialization Abstrak Teluk Pucung adalah kelurahan yang berada di kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, digunakan untuk membangun perumahan, toko-toko, dan sedikit lahan untuk berkebun. Oleh karena hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan potensi lingkungan sekitarnya terutama program kewirausahaan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Maka, diharapakan penumbuhan kemandirian berwirausaha melalui penerapan pertanian hidroponik dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu mereka dapat secara mandiri menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pangan asal pertanian dan secara ekonomi dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif pada skala rumah tangga mengingat posisi strategis Kota Bekasi ini yang berdekatan langsung dengan wilayah kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentunya agar berajlannya suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera di dalam kota yang berfungsi sebagai kota hunian yang merupakan kota hunian yang merupakan keberadaan dari ruang terbuka hijau. Metode kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi dan pembelajaran yang dipraktekkan oleh peserta dan narasumber. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang penanaman hidroponik dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh narasumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen-dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Bekasi yang bekerjasama dengan warga masyarakat Kel. Teluk Pucung. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries infected with the Covid-19 pandemic. Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by acute corona virus 2 respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2). So that the impact on the community and students can not meet directly on campus or in public places. Based on Nielsen's research entitled "Race Against the Virus, the Indonesian Consumer Response towards COVID-19" revealed that as much as 50% of Indonesian people began to reduce activities outside the home, and 30% of them said that they planned to shop more frequently online. Likewise, teaching and learning activities are carried out from home and even work is done from home with the aim of reducing Covid-19 epidemic. Key Words: Pandemic Covid-19, Distance Learning/Onlne, Education, Abstrak Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terinfeksi pandemi Covid-19. Penyakit Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Sehingga berdampak kepada Masyarakat dan Mahasiswa tidak bisa bertemu langsung di kampus atau di tempat umumu. Berdasarkan Riset Nielsen yang bertajuk “Race Against the Virus, Indonesian Consumer Response towards COVID-19” mengungkapkan bahwa sebanyak 50% masyarakat Indonesia mulai mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah, dan 30% di antaranya mengatakan bahwa mereka berencana untuk lebih sering berbelanja online. Begitu juga kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dilaksanakan dari rumah bahkan bekerja pun dilakukan dari rumah dengan tujuan agar bisa mengurangi penularan Covid-19. Abstract

-This study aims to determine the effect of productivity level and attendance to salary. The object of research is the contract labor (TKK) employees at the Bekasi City Education Office. The quantitative research used questionnaire that distributed to contract labor employees at the Bekasi City Education Agency. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques.The results of the study indicate that the variable Productivity Level has a negative effect on Salary. Furthermore, the Absence Variable has a positive effect on Salary. The results of multiple regression analysis with the function Y = ¬ 10,087 - 0.052x1 + 0.434x2 + e. and, R Square results of 5.9%, which means 94.1% is the contribution of the variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

As a leader in the village scope, the Village Headman has a leadership style that can influence community participation and motivation to realize good development at all levels of society. The leadership style of the village head is closely related to the goals to be achieved by a village government. Together with the Village Apparatus at the village level, it is hoped that they will be able to carry out the wheels of village government well in providing services to the community so that if the village head shows good performance in administering village government, it will also affect the performance of government at the district, provincial, and central levels. This study aimed to measure how much influence the leadership style of the village head and the competence of village officials had on the success in the development of Sriamur Village in North Tambun, District, Bekasi Regency. The method in this study is a quantitative method, with the number of samples in this study as many as 43 respondents who are village heads, village officials and employees of the North Tambun sub-district. The results showed that the leadership of the village head and village officials in village development was 34.7%. In comparison, the remaining 65.3% was influenced by other factors that could affect the success of development in the village

Abstract

Community service activities aims to build community awareness in Sumber Jaya Village, South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency West Java to have business, creative, and innovation in managing business, in order to realize a better the next future and able to be financially independent. Through an understanding of entrepreneurship tips it is beneficial to increase family income. Socialization and Outreach of community to be able to entrepreneurship in the field of creative economics, especially for the mother PKK as the main driving motor of the family economy. The results found from this entrepreneurship counseling provide the benefits of science and learning for those who conduct business. They will become skilled and able to develop enterprises, both by management resources and financial management with the principles of accountability and profitability.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the scope of work and what factors support the services of the Mekarsari Village Office, Tambun Selatan District. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and also direct documentation at the Tambun Selatan village office. The location of this research is at the Mekarsari Tambun Selatan Village Office. The informants in this research were 2 people. 1 employee as Head of Services and 1 Community member as service recipient. Data analysis in this research has three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the service that has not been provided from employees to the community has not been maximized. The indicators that are not in accordance with Empathy are lack of communication in tangible services, namely lack of facilities in the service process and reliability, namely lack of friendly employees in the service process.

Abstract

The company aims to improve the welfare of shareholders by obtaining high company value as measured through various aspects including the company's stock price which can reflect the overall investor assessment of each equity owned in the Automotive and Component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The data in this study are secondary data obtained through the company's annual financial reports which will be studied during the 2019-2023 period. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company size, managerial ownership and institutional ownership on company value as proxied by price to book value (PBV). The sample selection method uses the purposive sampling methodnamely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria, with the number of companies sampled in this study as many as 12 companies, namely automotive and component sub-sector companies with an observation period of five years, so that the total observation data is 60. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The regression results show that for 2019-2023, Capital Structure (0.787), Managerial Ownership (-0; 364) and Institutional Ownership (0.461) have a significant effect on Financial Performance (0,995) while Company Size (0.015) does not have a significant effect on company value

Abstract

We often see the use of Hebel as a building wall, especially nowadays, because it is large and light, so the building can be completed more quickly. So product quality is a very important point in making consumer purchasing decisions, if the product offered is of good quality it can build consumer confidence regarding the product purchased. Another factor that can increase purchasing decisions is price. This research aims to determine the level of quality of Hebel products and prices on purchasing decisions at the Sinar Mega Tambun Selatan Building Store, Bekasi. This research uses a non-probability sampling method, namely a saturated sample with a sample of 81 respondents and also uses the help of the SPSS application program. The analysis techniques used are validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests. Partial results on consumer satisfaction can be seen from the significant t value of 0.00 < 0.05 and price has a partially significant positive influence on purchasing decisions at Sinar Mega, this can be seen from the significant t value equal to 0.00 < 0.05, while simultaneously product quality and price have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the significant F value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Brand Ambassador, Kualitas Produk, dan Citra Merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung di RT 04 Pengasinan, Kota Bekasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data dari 245 responden, data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara Brand Ambassador memiliki pengaruh lebih rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih mempertimbangkan kualitas dan citra merek dibandingkan promosi melalui Brand Ambassador.

Abstract

Indonesia's ceramics industry has undergone significant changes in the online business world over the past five years. Many local ceramic companies have developed innovative products and designs to meet the changing tastes of consumers. Ceramic products are now considered important aesthetic elements in the construction of indoor and outdoor areas, and are no longer merely functional everyday items. This study aims to examine the impact of promotional activities on Instagram and the Shopee marketplace, the role of price sensitivity as an intervening variable in the relationship between Instagram promotions and brand awareness of Aneka Keramik stores, and the role of price sensitivity as an intervening variable in the relationship between Shopee marketplace promotions and brand awareness of Aneka Keramik stores. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data through surveys of consumers who purchase Mullia ceramic products from Aneka Keramik stores via the Instagram and Shopee marketplaces.The study's population consists of consumers who have purchased Mullia ceramic products from Toko Aneka Keramik through Instagram and the Shopee marketplace.The study's sampling method is non-probability, employing a purposive sampling approach. The Lameshow formula was used to determine a sample size of 100 people.The results of the study indicate that Instagram promotion has a significant effect on price sensitivity (p < 0.05). Shopee promotion has a significant effect on brand awareness (p = 0.022). Instagram promotion has a significant effect on brand awareness (p = 0.018). The Shopee promotion has no significant impact on brand awareness (p = 0.114), while the Instagram promotion has a significant impact (p = 0.004). The Shopee promotion has no significant impact on brand awareness (p = 0.155). Price sensitivity has a significant impact on brand awareness (p = 0.018).
