Abstract

Halal certification is an important part of creating an ecosystem for the halal product industry. The existence of halal certification will be an indicator of guaranteeing the availability of halal products for the community, as in Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantees. Therefore, product design for the implementation of halal product policies is an important part of building a halal product ecosystem, especially given the readiness of business actors. If the readiness of business actors, whose number is dominant in this case, is MSEs, then the process of implementing halal certification can be properly mapped and will become an important part of local design to create a halal product ecosystem to guarantee halal products. This research uses a qualitative method for explore readiness aspect for MSE’s in Pamekasan and Sampang districts, which are regencies in Madura, with Islamic nuances in everyday life. Some MSEs are ready to face the halal certification policy on the basis of business development and sustainability aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how Sharia Financial Literacy, Religiosity, and Service Quality can influence Members' interest in using KSPPS NU Dukun products. In this study, 231 respondents were involved using a quantitative methodology selected through the Proportional Random Sampling technique. An online questionnaire was used to collect data, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze it. The research results indicate that sharia financial literacy does not significantly affect member interest, while religiosity and service quality show significant influence. Simultaneously, the three variables influence member interest with a coefficient of determination of 56.5%. This study implies that increasing member interest in using KSPPS NU Dukun products is more effectively achieved through enhancing religiosity and service quality, while efforts to improve sharia financial literacy need to be accompanied by strategies to build trust and adjust products to the financial capabilities of prospective members.

Abstract

In Pamekasan, many small and medium businesses have received halal certificates, but still have difficulty implementing SJPH in a sustainable manner. Many business actors do not fully understand that halal certification is not just a symbol, but is a system that needs to be implemented continuously and monitored closely. They often focus on the administrative aspects of certification, and ignore the importance of practice in daily activities. This research aims to determine the efforts of HSN fish paste business actors UMK in Pamekasan Regency in ensuring compliance with SJPH and evaluating compliance with SJPH implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, where the process of searching for data is through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. This method was chosen so that the research data is in-depth and comprehensive regarding the evaluation of HSN fish paste business actors' compliance with the Halal Product Guarantee System (SJPH). This research involved 4 fish paste business actors. The findings of this research show that HSN fish paste business actors are trying hard to implement SJPH, even though there are obstacles that hinder its effectiveness. However, there are weaknesses in supervision, internal auditing, and employee training. There needs to be more structured action to achieve optimal SJPH compliance and strengthen consumer trust.

Abstract

Statistical data records that the Muslim population in Indonesia in 2023 will be 240.62 million people or the equivalent of 86.7 percent of the total population, 277.53 million people. This research aims to analyze stakeholders' literacy understanding and halal awareness around Trunojoyo Madura University. Halal literacy is a person's understanding of implementing halal principles in business activities, while halal awareness is a form of awareness of consumption activities regarding halal food, drinks and products. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive case study method. Data collection was carried out by a literature study. The analysis found that stakeholders still have low literacy and halal awareness, especially business actors and consumers. The role of the halal center and the halal inspection agency at Trunojoyo Madura University and the local government through the halal task force is expected to be able to increase halal literacy and awareness among stakeholders, especially around the Trunojoyo Madura University campus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan jaminan halal dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMK petis ikan HSN di Desa Konang, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sertifikasi halal menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah produk. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran sertifikasi halal dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk petis ikan HSN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi sistematik, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Sertifikasi ini bukan hanya sekadar memenuhi persyaratan agama, tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas dan standar produksi. Dengan memenuhi kriteria halal, UMK petis ikan dapat bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas, dengan menggunakan standar halal sebagai syarat utama dan teori competitive advange yang menjadi komponen utama untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMK petis ikan. Berdasarkan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa produk UMK petis ikan memiliki potensi yang besar untuk memperkuat produk dipasar dengan menggunakan teori daya saing competitive advantage dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator melalui sertifikasi halal. Dengan hal ini, akan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen akan produk petis ikan.

Abstract

The Indonesian government now requires halal certification for all products in Indonesia, including cosmetics. However, many products still do not carry the halal label, including some Skintific products. On the other hand, individual religiosity plays a more profound role because it reflects the extent to which religious values ​​are the basis for product selection. Skintific sales are very high compared to other beauty products despite its relatively high price. In this digital era, product reviews from other users also play a significant role in shaping brand perceptions and trust. The method used in this study was quantitative, with data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the halal label does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, religiosity does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, price does significantly influence purchasing decisions, and product reviews significantly influence purchasing decisions. The halal label, religiosity, price, and product reviews collectively have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the halal label, religiosity, price, and product reviews is 63.6%, influencing purchasing decisions for Skintific products among Gen Z in Bangkalan Regency. Meanwhile, the remaining 36.4% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari realitas bahwa usaha kuliner halal tidak hanya menuntut pemenuhan aspek penyembelihan dan pengolahan, tetapi juga menuntut tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan limbah dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, khususnya aspek ḥifẓ al-bī’ah (pelestarian lingkungan) yang menekankan pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab manusia sebagai khalifah di bumi. Bebek Sinjay sebagai salah satu ikon kuliner Madura yang banyak diminati wisatawan menjadi menarik untuk dikaji, mengingat produksi berskala besar berpotensi menimbulkan limbah yang berpengaruh pada lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi prinsip maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah dalam dimensi ḥifẓ al-bī’ah diterapkan pada pengolahan produk halal Bebek Sinjay, sekaligus menggali perspektif ulama pesantren Bangkalan dalam menilai praktik tersebut dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses olahan produk bebek sinjay. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Sumber data primer yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara mendalam, khususnya dengan ulama pesantren di Bangkalan, dan wawancara kepada pihak bebek sinjay terhadap pengolahan dan pengelolaan limbah usaha bebek Sinjay, serta dokumentasi dari fatwa halal dan literatur terkait maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, sedangkan Data sekunder: diperoleh dari beberapa literatur yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal, kitab fiqih, peraturan pemerintah yang berhubungan dengan maqasid syariah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1). Dalam pembuangan limbah hasil pemotongan bebek sudah menerapkan prinsip maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah dalam dimensi ḥifẓ al-bī’ah dengan sangat baik, yang pertama pembuangan limbah khusus ada tempatnya sendiri dengan adanya saringan atau limbahnya dikelola dan setelah melewati proses itu air yang dikeluarkan sudah tidak tercemar dan aman untuk lingkungan, yang kedua bebek sinjay sudah bekerja sama dan diawasi oleh pemerintah serta pembuangan limbahnya juga diambil oleh truk pengelolaan kebersihan dari pemerintahan. 2). Proses pengolahan bebek sinjay pertama bebek dikukus sampai empuk setelah itu digoreng dan ditiriskan, dalam penyajiannya ditambahi dengan sambal pencit dan kremesan diatasnya.

Abstract

This service activity program aims to assist Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK) actors in Murtajih Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency through the Free Halal Certification Program (SEHATI). The methods used in this mentoring activity are preparation, surveys, mentoring through education, and direction. This assistance is carried out to be able to train and accompany business actors so that they can fill out the Si Halal application and input production data into the Si Halal application, as well as carry out verification and validation on products registered in the SEHATI program. The result of this service activity is the existence of halal-certified products for micro- and small-business actors in Murtajih Village through SEHATI submissions in the halal account so that the government program regarding mandatory halal certification regulations can be realized.
