Abstract

WHO data (2019) states that the incidence of pereneal rupture in Indonesia is 67.2%, an increase from the previous year, namely 60% in 2019 with an incidence of puerpurium infection of 7%. Factors causing maternal death include postpartum infections. One non-pharmacological technique for treating perineal wound pain is to apply a cold compress. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of cold compresses on reducing perineal wound pain in postpartum mothers. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design, one group pretest and posttest. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who experienced perineal wounds at BPM Soraya Palembang with a sample size of 30 respondents. The research results showed that the average perineal wound pain in postpartum mothers before being given cold compress therapy was 7.30 and the average perineal wound pain in postpartum mothers after being given cold compresses was 4.63. The statistical test results showed that there was an effect of cold compresses in reducing the pain scale of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at BPM Soraya Palembang in 2022 with a significant value of 0.000. It is hoped that suggestions from health workers at BPM Soraya Palembang will improve services for postpartum mothers, especially mothers who experience perineal wound pain. Apart from using the pharmacological treatment that has been applied so far, it is hoped that officers can use alternative non-pharmacological treatment such as giving cold compresses.

Abstract

Health education is an effort to provide psychological conditions and targets so that they behave in accordance with the demands of health values ??so that it can influence health behavior as a medium-term result of increasing health indicators in individuals as an outcome. One of the delivery efforts is using health education media, namely e-Bokklet, so that targets can increase their knowledge, which is then expected to lead to changes in behavior in a positive direction in the health sector. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education using e-booklet media on acceptors' knowledge about vaginal discharge during injectable birth control at PMB Misni Herawati. This research is a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental research design using a one-group pretest-posttest design method. This research was carried out at PMB Misni Herawati on 09 October - 09 November 2023. The sample in this study was 82 samples using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Test. The research results obtained with a value of ?=0.000 <0.05, which means there is an influence of knowledge about vaginal discharge before and after receiving health education using e-booklet media. With the results of this research, it is hoped that mothers who accept family planning, especially injectable family planning, will always increase their knowledge from any media related to reproductive health so that it can be prevented as early as possible if there are signs that they experience. Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia kesehatan menuntut peningkatan kompetensi digital tenaga kesehatan, termasuk bidan. Era Kesehatan 5.0 menekankan pendekatan human-centered yang didukung oleh teknologi canggih seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), dan big data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital bidan guna menunjang pelayanan kebidanan yang adaptif dan berkualitas di era digital. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam pada 12 bidan di Puskesmas dan rumah sakit di wilayah Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital bidan masih terbatas pada penggunaan teknologi dasar seperti aplikasi e-Kohort dan sistem informasi kesehatan ibu dan anak (SIKIA). Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan kurikulum digital di pendidikan kebidanan, dan penyediaan platform pembelajaran digital. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kompetensi digital bidan memerlukan kolaborasi lintas sektor serta integrasi teknologi dalam sistem pelayanan kebidanan.
